  • Beautiful Unit/Beautiful Location

"This condo is in a pristine resort setting. The complex offers a beautiful oceanfront pool, gym and restaurant/bar. The condo is beautifully decorated and well outfitted for the vacation traveler. The availability of beach equipment and the owner's personal recommendations for area beaches and restaurants were very helpful. The attentive owners responded to inquiries promptly. We can't wait to go back!"

  • Well-appointed unit in a great location

"This is our third stay in 3 years at the Vista Waikoloa complex. We love the location - across the street from A-Bay and walking distance to the shops. There is a lovely pool, you don't hear or see your neighbors, it's quiet, and it's good value for the area. We have stayed in a different unit each time we've been here, and this unit definitely has been the nicest furnished and has the best equipped kitchen. It has a contemporary feel without too much of the uncomfortable rattan furniture you find at so many places. It was sparkling clean and nicely updated. The patio furniture was comfortable, there were lots of towels, and I appreciated the variety of pillows to choose from. I hate limp, squishy pillows! There were two things that were less-than-perfect for me. The bed in the master is very hard. I like a firm bed, but this one was too firm for my taste. There also is some road noise since this unit is at the front of the building. We have stayed in D building in the past, and prefer the quiet of the golf course side and the lovely sunrises over Mauna Kea. The road noise isn't terrible, but since I'm a light sleeper, it did wake me up on occasion. Overall, this is a wonderful unit, and we would probably stay here again even with the road noise and firm bed!"

  • Relax in style

"This was our second visit to this condo and we hope to come back soon. The location is so convenient to everything that Waikoloa Beach Resort has to offer. We took advantage some of the restaurants at the Waikoloa Hilton... Lunch at the lagoon cafe for Ono fish and chips which I recommend. Pizza at Dona and Tony's for a perfect view of the sunset. We also played the "putt putt " 18 hole course. It is half price after 3 p.m. We had the opportunity to go on a whale watch out of A-bay with Ocean Sports where we had to stop for 40 minutes because the whales were so close....Amazing! Things that we liked about the condo itself were ------ the outdoor kitchen, proximity to the pool and workout room, the well kept grounds, well equipped kitchen, having a washer and dryer, and two bathrooms since there were two couples sharing the villa. We took advantage of the local farmers markets, entertainment ((free hula performances, and Hawaiian music at both the Queen and King shops), The Blue Dragon Restaurant also offers music with dining. (About 10 miles north) Waikoloa is north of busy Kona which was another plus for us. Nice beaches are close by. Make sure you stop at Costco for groceries if you plan a week or so visit since it is so nice to sit and eat outside on the lanai in the mornings and evenings. I would recommend this villa to friends. The owners are great to work with and respond to emails in a timely manner."

"This condo is beautifully decorated and has every amenity any adult or child could possibly want. Our three grandchildren asked if we can stay here again. We will definitely will!"
