  • Great Condo

"Alan: Our family had a great time while staying in your property. It was just like the description in the listing. Location was great and close to most anything you would want. Other family members were in another unit close by so it was a great trip to Kona. Came for granddaughters wedding so there were lots of friends there from the "mainland". Grooms family was from Kona and Maui. Wedding was at the Mauna Kea which is a great place to view Manta Rays in the evening. two other restaurants that stood out were the Lava Lava Beach club and Sansie Seafood Restaurant. Would recommend your condo to all. It was a pleasure. Michael & Sharon"

  • Relax in style

"This was our second visit to this condo and we hope to come back soon. The location is so convenient to everything that Waikoloa Beach Resort has to offer. We took advantage some of the restaurants at the Waikoloa Hilton... Lunch at the lagoon cafe for Ono fish and chips which I recommend. Pizza at Dona and Tony's for a perfect view of the sunset. We also played the "putt putt " 18 hole course. It is half price after 3 p.m. We had the opportunity to go on a whale watch out of A-bay with Ocean Sports where we had to stop for 40 minutes because the whales were so close....Amazing! Things that we liked about the condo itself were ------ the outdoor kitchen, proximity to the pool and workout room, the well kept grounds, well equipped kitchen, having a washer and dryer, and two bathrooms since there were two couples sharing the villa. We took advantage of the local farmers markets, entertainment ((free hula performances, and Hawaiian music at both the Queen and King shops), The Blue Dragon Restaurant also offers music with dining. (About 10 miles north) Waikoloa is north of busy Kona which was another plus for us. Nice beaches are close by. Make sure you stop at Costco for groceries if you plan a week or so visit since it is so nice to sit and eat outside on the lanai in the mornings and evenings. I would recommend this villa to friends. The owners are great to work with and respond to emails in a timely manner."

  • Wow!

"We have stayed at many vacation rentals throughout the years and this place was one of the most impressive! Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms; truly luxurious in every manner. Very quiet unit and less than a five minute walk to the beach. Highly recommended!!"

  • Pleasant stay, great location

"Very nice to be off the ground level to be able to feel secure and comfortable leaving the doors open at night. The breeze was wonderful. Lots of ceiling fans. Clean, well equipped kitchen. Pleasant dining on the lanai. The unit much nicer in person that is captured in the photos. Excellent location. Lovely view, but this is not an ocean view. You can see a bit of the ocean through some other properties and trees on the coast — but not well. We looked at many units in the same complex and found this cleaning fee to be higher than most for the same service. Overall we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely consider staying again."
