  • Perfect Location for Hawaii Vacation

"This is a well maintained condo in a very convenient location. The unit is private and only steps from the pool. The upper balcony off the master bedroom is equipped with 2 very comfortable chaise lounges - loved this! The kitchen was the best equipped we've ever had in a vacation property. This was our first trip to the Big Island and we certainly lucked out finding this property. We were 4 adults and 3 pre-teen children and never felt crowded - lots of room for everyone to have their own space. Sherry was a delight and so very helpful. The property is exactly as pictured. All the beach toys you could wish for are to be found in the private garage, another nice feature. It's only minutes to walk to the Queens Marketplace where you can find all your daily necessities (including Starbucks). There is a beach quite close by (be sure to visit the LavaLava Club on this beach), however our favourite beaches were Hapuna and Mauna Kea - they go forever with clean white sand and warm blue water. Saw several turtles swimming by. We would certainly stay here again. Mahalo J. Marshall, Okotoks, Alberta"

  • Great property for a perfect vacation

"This is a beautiful and comfortable place to call home during your vacation on the Big Island. Two bedrooms and bathrooms on two levels offer you a lot of privacy whether you are travelling with family or friends. The home is well taken care of - sparkling clean and everything is in perfect working order. The owner gives you detailed and very clear instructions on how to use everything in the house. It helps a lot. The house is well stocked with a lot of things you might need for your vacation on the beach - beach towels, beach chairs, boards, toys, tennis rackets and more. The house is located in a beautiful Waikoloa village, near the best beaches on the big island and the closest beach, just a few minutes drive was my favorite because it is protected by the reef and the water stays very calm all the time. The house is also well located within the complex - close to the gates and very close to a beautiful pool. The pool was never crowded. If you like shopping, the shopping village with many well-known retailers and a grocery store is also within a few minutes by car. You could actually walk there but we didn't since the weather was too hot to walk. You can visit the nearby Hilton resort and walk on their grounds and look at the dolphins there. There are many things you can do on the big island but if the beach is your preferred destination you cannot find a better place than Waikoloa village and his beautiful home."

  • THIS VILLA HAS IT ALL

"We rented this Villa August 8-15, 2016 As so many reviewers have written, this villa has it all. The kitchen is stocked with every conceivable small appliance, gadget, pot, cookware, cup, glass, dish, etc. All the rooms are large with the exception of the second bedroom which is still adequate. Because of it's size, there is no dresser in the second bedroom, but the Blackburns cleverly have installed hanging canvas shelf organizers for clothing and shoes. The only items not supplied were bar soap for the showers and Kleenex. All of the furnishings are upscale and the beds are very comfortable. The air conditioning worked great which is needed on the Big Island in August. The view from the lanai is gorgeous, overlooking the pool, King’s Lake and King’s Shops. One evening we watched a fireworks display from the lanai. My husband loved the Bar-B-Que area. There are 6 Weber grills and a facet and sink. All needed Bar-B-Que supplies were located in one of the kitchen drawers. The location of this unit could not have been better. Close to the pool, grill and even the elevator. There is an assigned parking spot which is just steps away from the elevator. A tip for great shave ice is the Original Big Island Shave Ice truck which is about 18 minutes north, located next to the Blue Dragon Restaurant in Kawaihae. A large Shave Ice is just $4.00. They also have fabulous ice cream sundaes."

  • Awesome. Clean. Spacious.

"The unit has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped and all modern appliances. Convenient entry into a gated community. Right next to shops, restaurants, convenient store, and gas station. Very helpful management assisted us with wifi issue the same day. Would stay there the next time we go to Waikoloa."
