  • Absolutely Wonderful

"Thanks so much for the incredible home to stay in! Perfectly peaceful surroundings and setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed and more. Your home was very clean and inviting. The beds were very comfortable, this is often not the case. If we come back to the Big Island we will certainly stay there again."

  • Perfect for a Big Island Vacation

"The condo was perfect for our group of three adults and two kids (ages 8 and 10). It was fully stocked with everything we needed - full kitchen, washer/dryer, lots of towels in the bathrooms, decent wicker furniture in the living room, a bbq on the lanai, and all the gear needed for a day at the beach. One downside (at least for us as it's more a personal preference) were the king and queen beds which were extremely firm. It would have been nice if a softer mattress cover were available as an option as it made for a few sleepless nights for the adults in our group. The single beds that the kids used were much more comfortable. The Hali'i Kai complex is very well maintained and has a fantastic Ocean Club with a pool, a gym, and a small bar/restaurant with good menu options. The location within the larger Waikoloa resort area was the perfect starting point for visiting local beaches and exploring the island. The only minor complaint would be that the booking process was a bit confusing because the property manager does not actually use the VRBO/Homeaway site to complete the booking or communicate with you, and several times we had to follow-up when information was not sent when it was promised, and we didn't get the access details until two days before we arrived. As well, the listing did not indicate that there is a $10/day mandatory resort fee that must be paid directly to Hali'i Kai upon check-in."

  • Beautiful property in a great location

"We loved our stay at The Bay Club at Waikoloa. The property was in a great location with easy access to many of the sights and activities. The staff were warm and provided excellent service. We were traveling with a baby and they provided a crib and pack 'n play at no charge. We had a 2 bedroom suite. The rooms were very spacious with beautiful amenities. It was perfect for a family. We particularly enjoyed the wrap around lanai with a view of the golf course and the ocean. I would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling to the Big Island."
