  • Vista A301/Stylish Waikoloa Condo

"Thank you very much for a memorable week of swimming, snorkeling and relaxation! You have a very special place in A301 and we feel fortunate to have experienced the Kohala Coast from your home-base. Both the interior and lanai of the condo are so nice. It was lovely to be able to see the ocean from almost everywhere. We appreciate the welcome goodies and enjoyed the fruit and plenty of coffee from the Gaggia - that is an awesome machine! We treated your place with the respect and care it deserves - it is pretty fabulous. The art, furnishings and just about everything! You all created a super special place here in HI. It was also so nice to have all the beach supplies to use - that really helped. We will be recommending it to like-minded pals back in the Bay Area, for sure. Thank you again for sharing Brendan and Judith - Aloha!"

  • Great property for a perfect vacation

"This is a beautiful and comfortable place to call home during your vacation on the Big Island. Two bedrooms and bathrooms on two levels offer you a lot of privacy whether you are travelling with family or friends. The home is well taken care of - sparkling clean and everything is in perfect working order. The owner gives you detailed and very clear instructions on how to use everything in the house. It helps a lot. The house is well stocked with a lot of things you might need for your vacation on the beach - beach towels, beach chairs, boards, toys, tennis rackets and more. The house is located in a beautiful Waikoloa village, near the best beaches on the big island and the closest beach, just a few minutes drive was my favorite because it is protected by the reef and the water stays very calm all the time. The house is also well located within the complex - close to the gates and very close to a beautiful pool. The pool was never crowded. If you like shopping, the shopping village with many well-known retailers and a grocery store is also within a few minutes by car. You could actually walk there but we didn't since the weather was too hot to walk. You can visit the nearby Hilton resort and walk on their grounds and look at the dolphins there. There are many things you can do on the big island but if the beach is your preferred destination you cannot find a better place than Waikoloa village and his beautiful home."

  • Amazing, beautiful, immaculately maintained oceanfront paradise!!

"An amazing home on an amazing lot. Oceanfront, daily gorgeous sunsets right from the lawn and beach, sunbathing turtles right off the beach, this place is heaven! We were a group of 8, 4 couples, each with king size beds and private bathrooms. Bedrooms were spacious, and the master had a massive outdoor shower, which was hard to leave! We shared many cocktails at the private pool, many meals on the breezy lanai, it was fantastic. The home is close to the airport, close to shopping, and 5 minutes down the road from a gorgeous sandy beach, with private groves and crystal clear waters. My wife and her brother snorkeled right from the beach at the house every day and saw some amazing fish and turtles in the ocean. One night, on my wife's 50th birthday, we had a luau, complete with musicians, dancers, and great food. All going on as the sun set behind them, it felt like we were in a movie! I would so recommend this home to any family or group, we are going back to Home of the Hula Moon whenever possible!"

  • Wonderful place to stay

"First, the resort is super nice, quiet, beautiful and relaxing. Mark's condo is quite nice, and close enough to the pool to be extremely convenient, but not so close that you hear pool noise or have people looking into your windows. When a few small issues did arise (needed new batteries for the door lock, and the beach club access card was missing), Mark was very responsive in getting things replaced. We had a great time and can highly recommend staying in this unit. And just having access to the owners beach, which for all intents and purposes is private, makes this resort THE place to stay."
