"Overall our stay was a peaceful one, as we had wanted to get away from it all. We had a couple of interruptions, but the owner Sally was very accommodating, even while on vacation herself. The house itself was very comfortable with a very secluded feel. Our family enjoyed the pool and back yard with an unobstructed view of the Kona coast. The peace and quiet was just what we were looking for! Even though you can see right through the house, it still has a very private feel due to the fenced garden on one side and the open cliffs on the other. We especially liked cracking open fresh macadamia nuts and watching all the birds at the bird feeder. The kitchen was well equipped with toaster, microwave, stove and oven and full size fridge. All the utensils cups and plates we could use. Overall it was a very relaxing stay."

  • Perfect spot for a family getaway

"This house was perfect in every way, making our family holiday a great success. We enjoyed all our meals on the spacious lanai, slept well in the comfortable beds with tropical breezes blowing through the windows (no need for air conditioning), and fully enjoyed all the nearby spots for snorkelling and wandering. The location is great - accessible from the airport and also easy driving distances to other attractions like Volcanoes National Park, the green sand beach, Keauhou (for Manta Ray night snorkel) and downtown Kona-Kailua. We would highly recommend this rental house, especially for family groups (lots of room, well set-up both inside and out) ... thanks for a lovely holiday!"

  • Excellent!

"What a wonderful vacation we had! Excellent 🎆 We couldn't find any other words for this location and what we've experienced. The owner was always kind and helpful since we had got in touch with her before our vacation. And her house was great located and in very good condition. We didn't miss anything. This was our first time we didn't need to buy anything except for foods. There were full liquid soap dispensers, dishwasher detergent for everyday, bunch of towels and beachtowels, kitchen papers, bath tissues and clear food wrap, too!!! You can find even different spices in the very good filled shelf at the nice kitchen. We enjoyed the beaches the owner had recommended. We enjoyed Hawaiian fruits every day from her garden. We enjoyed the volcano park according to the owner's recommendation. We tried some restaurants the owner had recommended and we were impressed! Our son said that he wants to stay here forever. So do we. Thank you very much for your sharing and we'll come back!"

  • all what it is described. spacious, clean, comfotable upper level house to yourself.

"Todd greated and welcomed us. He made sure everything was ok. A bowl of fruit was waiting for us and most condiments available in a very well provided kitchen. Easy to find using the directions. You have the unit to yourself. The main house is a way away. This is not a 5 star establishment, but it is clean and comfortable. The road down to the farm and the farm itself is best described as rustic as are most of these small old Kona coffee holdings in the area seem to be. It probally wont be long before the large corps start cobbling them up."
