  • FAB-U-LOUS!!!

"Everything you'd need, is there! This is my 6th go around with VRBO and AirBnB and I've gotta tell you, I have yet to be disappointed. Hotels should take caution for with this option and the rates? Hotels are going to be a thing of the past. Where do I begin...privacy. The foliage is grown to offer just that...and peaceful aside from the Coqui's which is fine because my family and I slept well still. Better the Coqui's up mauka (mountain) than traffic noise and sounds of O'ahu. The house is comfortable, welcoming and very spacious. We were there for an entirely sad reason, but being in this home and only a few miles from Ho'okena Beach made the mood a little bit lighter. Bob, my family and I cannot thank you enough for your hospitality. I do apologize for the late review, but I didn't want to post a modest review. I needed to post exactly what your property deserves. I'd definitely send people your way. Mahalo Bob Hoffman a me Hale Honu!!!"

  • Perfect honeymoon cabin

"Eric and I arrived late after I flight was delayed, we were greeted by Brad with flashlights and were escorted to our private cabin, we were impressed from the start, a perfect out of the way cabin, with screen windows and an outdoor kitchen; I would not recommend if you don't want to be part of nature! Every night we got to listen to the frogs. We got to see banana flowers blooming with geckos licking the bloom during the day. It was also a nice combination of amenities including wifi access, running water (toilet, bathtub, shower) and a TV. The kitchen was also fully stocked including insect repellent and sunscreen! We also got coffee, bananas and macadamia nuts on our arrival for us to enjoy! really would recommend to anyone looking for a romantic getaway in Hawaii!"

  • Excellent property and location!

"Easy drive to many beaches, hikes and harbors. Did the FairWinds snorkel tour and two days of sport fishing. Visited Pu'uhona O Honaunau Park, Volcano, Diving cliffs, Kona and more. This was a great home base and couldn't ask for better accommodations. All necessities are provided to make your stay feel like home. Our party of nine had a great time and would do it again. Thank you Tim and Abbie!"

  • Excellent

"Our stay in the cabin was fantastic. Heidi and Jeffrey were very welcoming upon our arrival and wonderful hosts. The fruit basket, bread, eggs and jam were a treat. Everything you could need is provided (snorkel gear, books, cooking provisions, etc.). The cabin feels secluded but we enjoyed the proximity to Kona. The trailhead for Captain Cook (excellent snorkeling) was just minutes away. We look forward to staying here again."
