  • Very nice condo, phantastic lanai!

"Condo is very well equipped, we enjoyed everything! Especially the nice Lanai where we spent the most of our time, eating, relaxing, watching sunsets... Also the pool and Jacuzzi are great. It was also completely quiet during night ....except for birds and ocean we could hear."

  • Family Summer vacation

"I recently had a vacation with my family in Kona for a family Reunion, and stayed on this unit (Condo) for two weeks.. We really liked it, there's a lot space, good living room and the kitchen is really good for cooking.. it's a home away from home. It's located near town if you decided to walk around and see the beach park for sightseeing."

  • Wonder time in Kona

"Just came back from a 3 week plus visit to Kona, trip of a lifetime in a wonderful condo. This place is a gem and is as described. Unit is clean, very well located, up to date and best of all everything in it works! Very well equipted kitchen, all the beach toys you need, beach towels, chairs, cooler and boards. Each morning you wake to the waves breaking in the surf and the many tropical birds. Gounds of the complex are well maintained. Each night many of the condo residents and guest meet at the ocean front and watch the sunset. Barbeque is just a few steps from the unit as is the pool. If you get the pool chairs nearest the condo you can even get the wifi from the unit. Owner is very responsive. Had a couple of last minute questions and got a real quick response. Only issue with the condo is it's close location to the barbacue area. It's great that it is so close, but some nights there are private parties that can be a bit loud, however the complex has rules about noise and they never lasted past 9pm. Condo is a short walk to Kona (suggest you cut thru the Royal Kona Hotel, great ocean views and gardens). Other Kona suggestions - go to the daily Kona farmers market (delicious fruits and veggies), happy hour is ver"

  • Beautiful Views, Close to the Waves

"Lovely condo, literally on the waterfront. Constant sounds of crashing waves and most days a great breeze blowing through the open windows. The downside of being so close to the ocean is that everything has a residue of salt on it. But despite the condo floor, furniture, and especially the table and chairs on the lanai being a bit sticky from the salt, it was a bright, comfortable place to stay for our family vacation. The bed setup in the guest room was not as pictured (a bunk bed with double bed on bottom), but the owner provided the necessary bedding for us to rearrange the two twins into a King. We would have appreciated a higher level of cleanliness, especially considering the size of the cleaning fee, but maybe it's just me that minds sticky floors and a thick layer of dust and grime on fan blades? The kitchen was well stocked, the fridge and freezer extra large, which was great for cooking meals at home. It was really nice having washer and dryer in the unit. We were pleasantly surprised to find the big TV which wasn't in the pictures, but all the DVD/VHS cables were unplugged. My tech-savvy husband was able to hook everything up, but the DVD player wouldn't play discs. TV channels worked fine. We had to track down the manager on duty to find the wifi password, since there wasn't any condo information in the apartment or emailed beforehand. When we did get a hold of someone who knew something, they were very friendly and helpful. Great complex, clean and refreshing pool, friendly neighbors and residents. Lots of beach towels in the unit! Overall we really enjoyed our stay! It was a great place to gather with the family after spending days at the beach or touring the Big Island."
