  • Family vacation

"We loved our stay here. It's a perfect location short drive to town. We enjoyed the amazing sunsets every night. Our kids loved having their own pools and bedrooms with their own bathrooms. I would recommend this house to anyone with kids old enough to swim."

  • Amazing!

"The property looked exactly like the photos! I did not think it was possible for the place to look that amazing! The house was spotless and renovated. We used the kitchen to cook breakfast every morning to enjoy out on the lanai. I was a little concerned about no air conditioning but with the elevation, there was always a breeze. The house also had fans in each room to keep cool. The owners were very responsive to any emails I sent and responded within 15 minutes to an hour. The property was located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Perfect getaway location for me and my husband to enjoy our wedding anniversary. I would recommend this property to all of my friends and family!"

  • great Hawaii experience

"We brought 2 couples with us to Hawaii for a birthday celebration and stayed in this welcoming residence for a week. Found the house to be very nicely appointed, clean, and well designed for 6 people to enjoy both dinners at home and relaxing mornings. Lots of comfortable chairs, and places to sit and relax over cocktails or coffee. I would highly recommend the house for a vacation getaway."

  • Can't beat this spot

"This was my first visit to the lovely Big Island so I had no idea where the best location to stay was and I must say we got really lucky with this place. The location is prime; literally right on the water and close enough to the restaurants and attractions yet not so close that you get all of the noise & foot traffic that comes along with being near the entertainment. It's important to understand that this house is older and has history as it has been in the owner's family since the 60s so you must respect the things that come with older places. Still, it has great character, plenty of parking, towels, silverware, snorkel gear, and just about everything you need to enjoy your time in beautiful Kona. Tim was great to work with and the house was in expected shape upon entrance. So while this isn't the Four Seasons, if you want a quiet getaway where all you can hear are the crashing waves as you sit and watch the cruise ships disembark for the night, you've found your spot. I will be remembering this place for future visits to Kona as we really appreciated our stay."
