  • Just as we had hoped.

"We enjoyed our stay just as much as we hoped we would. The condo location was fantastic...right on the ocean...we listened to the waves each night and day and many nights went to sleep on the lanai. Watching the sunsets from the lanai was truly spectacular. The pool was nice too, even though we didn't use it often. We have 3 teenage kids with one in college...and the accommodations worked well and fit us just fine. Holly was a pleasure to work with. Her communications were timely, professional and specific. Thanks, Holly. We could not have stayed at a better location."

  • Amazing ocean view

"Overall this property was a great place to explore the west side of The Big Island, we really loved the ocean front lanai with access from both the bedroom and living area. Appliances are a bit tired and could use updating but other than that it's a great place to stay!"

  • Awesome Condo. Awesome location.

"We were in Kona March25-April 1 and really enjoyed our stay. Holly was great to deal with and everything was ready when we arrived. Greate Condo with plenty of equipment, including boogie board, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas which we didn't have to rent but also a lot of kitchen equipment, binoculars, travel books, which you normally don't have in a rental property. Great view on the surfers and great sunset. The water access is easy but don't expect to go for an easy swim though as this is a high surf area. The show is great though. During our stay a lot of very high surf and we could enjoy the show from the lanai of those surfing the "tubes". This was also a great way to find sleep at night with the waves hitting the lava wall facing the ocean. I must say though that this could become very loud at times. Just be aware. The building itself is ok. It's well maintained and the staff is friendly. The pool probably need some attention in the near future as the tiles a coming off. The is a common area facing ocean where you can use the barbecue. The BBQs are cleaned everyday and gas is always full. Parking is easy but don't forget to display you pass otherwise you might get a warning or get towed... Location relative to Kona is good as you're 3mi away from downtown so it is a bit quieter and traffic isn't as bad coming and living. To access the main highway you can go West from the 3way stop a few yards North of the building through the residential area. Safeway and Walmart are 10 minutes away. During our stay we did a lot. Beach, snorkelling, VNP, Hilo, Saddle Road, Botanical Garden, the North shore...900miles! This is indeed Big Island!"

  • Paradise!

"Aloha!!!! Hawaii would be paradise regardless of where we stayed, but this condo was icing on the cake. It is perfectly situated, oceanfront with a huge lanai to take in the waves, dolphins, surfers, turtles and amazing sunsets. We have been to Kona several times and never disappointed, but this unit was exceptional. It was beautifully decorated, clean and very well equipped. Seriously, all you need is a toothbrush! Holly is so professional and accommodating. Absolutely no complaints - except that we had to leave. But we shall return!!"
