  • Awesome View

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Watched dolphins in the bay from the lanai, slept to the sound of the surf at night. Nice pool. 5 minute walk to the farmers market for fruit and veggies, 5 minute stroll the other direction to the ABC store for a bit of everything else. Restaurants up and down Ali'i. But with all the conveniences it is the view that will bring us back."

  • Great downtown location in Kona

"This was a definite studio one room to stay. Loved the larger refrigerator in unit. Good location in downtown Kona for walking. The only drawback was the wifi. Had to contact owner to get help and got it the 3rd day, then I could only get wifi outside on the deck and then it went away when I went back inside the unit. I ended up going to the lobby with computer to use. Loved having laundry facilities on site and it was clean and well taken care of."

  • Great studio

"This sweet little studio on the second floor in the Kona Islander Inn compares very well to other condos we have rented at this location over the years. It is nicely decorated and has the amenities necessary for a lovely vacation. The pricing is very reasonable. The view is diagonally towards the ocean and you can hear the waves crashing from the lanai. The Inn is close to everything in downtown Kona. Renting a car is not necessary if you like an in-town vacation."

  • Great location across from Haleokane

"Rodney has thought of just about everything you might need, from an a/c in the bedroom, to a bottled water dispenser. Boogie boards, snorkels, masks and sunscreen.. All here. The condo is clean and getting to and into the unit was a breeze. Located in the heart of Kona, you can sit on the balcony and watch the waves crash on the rocks, watch the boats and outriggers go by, or walk to the many shops and restaurants nearby. You will also have a dedicated parking space in the lot attached to the condo complex, so driving tours of the island are that much more convenient. I think no matter how long you stay, you will want just one more day in paradise. Mahalo and aloha."
