  • Awesome Location

"This absolutely beautiful condo is very centrally located. A short drive to the market place and an even shorter drive to different beaches. It overlooks the ocean, which is breathtaking. This condo has all things necessary and then some. From everyday utensils to beach towels and beach gear. It is private, cozy and very comfortable. We were sad to leave. I will say this much though that if anyone is planning to go in July/Aug you may need an additional portable fan. The unit does not have an AC and the evenings are cool but the days can get pretty warm. If we plan another trip to Kona, we would book this unit in a heartbeat!"

  • to summarize my stay : I would say it was as close to prefect as you can get.

"The rooms were perfectly kept, the views and the sunsets are beautiful. I found the location great, shopping, dinning and the beach easy to get to. Ken and Sandra were helpful with all things Big Island.I plan on returning in the near future. Ruth Shiro"

  • A Real Gem!

"Our family of four (we have two teenagers) decided to spend one week during March spring break in Kona and after much research we decided to stay at this condo. This condo was the best decision we made! The home (it really felt like a home rather than a rental!) is exactly like the photos - Hawaiian themed furniture and décor. It really made for a relaxing day after being out. Contrary to what someone else wrote, the mattresses and all the furniture were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices, cooking items, everything you could ever need. In fact the condo had items I never expected - need a sewing kit or glue to fix something - it's all there. The lanai was the most memorable and where we hung out the most – it had great furniture to relax and enjoy the wonderful breeze. It faces the ocean so you can see boats heading out each morning, listen to the birds and watch and hear the waves. The condo has all the beach gear you need (chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, beach towels). The owners were great – always responding quickly whenever we had a question. The location was great - we could walk to the White Sands beach to enjoy the sunset with the locals. The kids enjoyed snorkeling at Kahaluu beach park – a 5 minute drive away. Very easy to get to all parts of the island like Volcano park, Saddle Drive, and the Northern part of the island. This home was the icing on the cake for our vacation. Highly, highly recommended."

  • Fall Asleep to Ocean Waves!

"My husband and I enjoyed a 10 night stay at this wonderful condo. It's location is perfect. In fact, you can walk to a wonderful snorkeling beach in about 15 minutes, and the beach you see in the photos is perfect for wading and watching the sunset. This condo is about 10 minutes south of the city of Kona which makes it a perfect location for heading either North to certain beaches, the resorts, Parker Ranch etc., or South to Captain Cook (10 miles) and the Volcano (90 miles). We shared the condo with another couple for a few nights and it worked out well. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and one full bath, downstairs is another full bath and the kitchen etc. There were coolers, beach towels, and chairs available which was nice. The only downside is there isn't air-conditioning (usually you don't need it), and the wireless service is spotty, although in a pinch you can head to the pavilion near the pool where it works great. I would highly recommend this condo! I believe they rent out the one next door as well. You would have to ask."
