Royal Sea Cliff vacation rentals

Lovely property, well furnished with good kitchen. Ground floor was really nice to walk out on lawn and pool was right next door. Only issue we had was slight musty smell, but you adjust. Well located property close to central Kona. Big enough for two couples or large families.

A great stay!

This was a beautiful property and the view was wonderful. Gorgeous sunsets from our balcony and great vibes at either of the two pools at the property. It was very close to town either by car or walking (about ¾ mile). Great choice for a lovely vacation in Kona!

Photos did not do property justice. The two-bedroom was luxuriously spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. The property was exceptionally well-kept with fantastic amenities, and breathtaking grounds. Perhaps the most incredible gardens integrated seamlessly into the landscape! Far more than we were expecting! This property far exceeded our expectations.

Lawrence was great to work with, especially with our room. Watching the sunset from the balcony was amazing.

The property was just as described. Room was quiet, bed super comfortable, kitchen well stocked with dishes and cookware. Both pools right on the ocean were great places to swim or sit in the shade listening to the waves. Great sunset and ocean views from several balcony seating areas.

Our family of four, very much enjoyed our stay in this unit at the Royal Sea Cliff Resort. The unit is quite spacious and the updated renovations were very nice. Communication with Alexis was good, from pre-trip to during the trip. We enjoyed most of our meals from the lanai, that had a view of the ocean and the inland hillside. There was a lovely snack tray that welcomed us, stocked with sweet and savory treats, as well as some beverages in the refrigerator to quench our thirst upon arriving. We appreciated the large plush beach towels and the beach gear! Our daily excursions always included a jaunt to one of the beaches, carrying the beach towels, snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach umbrella and cooler in tow. The designated parking spot was also nice. Our family also loved spending time at the pool(s), and while the kids enjoyed being in the pool, the parents loved sitting poolside and enjoying the beautiful sunsets and occasional rainbows. Lastly, we loved the atrium in the middle of the resort complex. It was beautiful with its green and luscious native plants. As soon as we stepped out of the elevator, we would be welcomed into the atrium, which made it feel like its own tropical oasis. We look forward to our return to the Hale Pau Hana.

This place was great! Best location, far enough away from the busyness of downtown but close enough to go for lunches, shopping, cocktails and dinner. And down the road a bit from Magic Sands beach and a few others! Pool was fantastic, right on the ocean where you can let the kids swim and still see the beautiful waves and ocean. Condo had wonderful amenities, every appliance in the kitchen that you need and washing machine and dryer that was a god send!! The room is in the best location, quick walk to the pool, but far enough away to feel secluded and still be able to hear the ocean, see the water, and the sunset!! Staff was very helpful and responsive to our needs. We’ll definitely be back!!!!
