  • Great location across from Haleokane

"Rodney has thought of just about everything you might need, from an a/c in the bedroom, to a bottled water dispenser. Boogie boards, snorkels, masks and sunscreen.. All here. The condo is clean and getting to and into the unit was a breeze. Located in the heart of Kona, you can sit on the balcony and watch the waves crash on the rocks, watch the boats and outriggers go by, or walk to the many shops and restaurants nearby. You will also have a dedicated parking space in the lot attached to the condo complex, so driving tours of the island are that much more convenient. I think no matter how long you stay, you will want just one more day in paradise. Mahalo and aloha."

  • Sunsets on the Lanai.

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Three couples shared this home on the beach and would definitely return. The large lanai has attractive, comfortable furnishings for lounging and dining with unobstructed vistas of the ocean and sunsets. A gorgeous beach and lagoon is a few steps from the house. It was never crowded. The owners have equipped the house with everything you might need and management was exceptionally responsive. The DVD player was not working and they replaced it within a few hours. The main drawback is that the two bedrooms on the first floor share a bath. But we would still happily return because the other features of the home were so good. A great rental home."

  • Beautiful Condo with Amazing Ocean Views!

"We enjoyed our stay at the Banyan Tree #302. The condo is beautiful decorated and has breathtaking views of the ocean. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed from kitchen supplies to beach gear - towels, snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, and chairs. The tips from Janice and Robert on things to do and places to eat were so helpful. I loved the Big Island Revealed book. So many great tips and advice. The Banyan Tree was very conveniently located for our excursions going north and south along the coast. We enjoyed watching the surfers. We attempted to ride the waves but be warned it is pretty rough out there. If you go out make sure to use the stairs. We went out by the small sandy beach and got caught by the rocks. We saw turtles which was a treat! The only negative is that when we were there it was humid. Even with the windows open and the fans on it would get a little stuffy when we were sleeping. Overall we loved the condo!"
