  • Big Island Oasis

"We have been repeatedly staying on this beautiful and serene spot since 2012. We love the beauty and the privacy of the property. It's far enough away from Kona that we feel like we live on the island amidst the lush gardens, coffee farms, and lovely locals. And yet if you have easy access to get to town center or anywhere else on the island. This property has everything you need to feel at home. And the best part is that Stacey is delightful. She has an abundance of fresh fruit and other delights she shares from her own gardens and fruit trees! Make sure to enjoy the private outdoor shower where you are surrounded by flowering orchids, Hawaiian plants, and often curious geckos. This is a place you'll definitely want to visit again and again!"

  • Awesome month

"Very nice cozy condo. The air conditioner, dishwasher and washer and dryer were all a big plus! Everything we needed and close in. Able to walk to town or Magic Sands beach. The grounds are well taken care of. Had a couple noise issues but they were taken care of immediately without us having to ask. The Greenflash coffee shop is a pleasant morning walk and has wonderful coffee. The liquor store next door is double the price of KTA stores! The salt pool next door is cool! Small out door market was very close with fruit, veggies, coffee, and gifts. Overall we would definitely recommend a stay at the Kona Isles!"

  • Vacation in paradise!

"Beautiful views of the ocean in a serene setting. This feels so removed from everything, yet is close to snorkeling, restaurants, the main road. It is definitely a great location for being away from the busy tourist areas! There is a fountain in front of the lanai that has birds come bathe and serenade you. Tangelos are currently "in season", and we were encouraged to pick and eat as many as we wanted. There was always a gentle breeze as we sat outside enjoying the sunshine. The house is perfectly laid out, and a great getaway!"

  • Excellent

"Rick's house on Kealakekua Bay is spacious and beautiful. It is well designed, immaculate and it has everything you need for a great vacation. The old school Hawaiian style beach is a short walk down the road for swimming and relaxing . The house has great views of the bay, sunsets, the surf and even the Captain Cook monument across the bay. The area is full of Hawaiian history and archaeological monuments. It is well located right next to the bay with a great market at the top of the hill and a couple quaint villages near by for dining. I would definitely go back here. Thanks Rick! It was an easy relaxing week!"
