  • Loved everything about this condo!! Five Star!!

"Have stayed in many condos for our annual trip to Kona and this one has got to be the best. Small community feel and private entrance. The furnishings and decor was gorgeous. Amenities down to the sheets and extra thick towels were a treat. Enjoyed the AC in the bedrooms and the outdoor grill on the patio. And somehow it felt like home. The potted palm with the small twinkling lights in the livingroom made it special. The staff was super friendly and the residents treated us like long time neighbors. I look forward to staying here again!! Thanks Mike and Nancee for sharing your home away from home with us!!!"

  • Great place, great location, great host!

"I stayed at Cyndy's Condo with a friend and her family in October. Cyndy was a fantastic host; she promptly answered all inquiries, and even brought by additional beach toys for the kids while we were there! The condo was a good size for us (family of 4 and 1 individual) with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and the loft for the kids. The condo is clean, fully stocked with all the kitchen necessities (pots and pans, dinnerware, and condiments), and beach accouterments we could have wanted (towels, water shoes, snorkel gear (though we ended up renting from Snorkel Bob's to get higher quality equipment), chairs, umbrellas, cooler, blue ice, boogie boards, and beach toys). The condo is a bit too far from downtown to make walking possible, but that worked well for us since we wanted to be in quieter area. The condo is a short walk from a small beach with decent snorkeling, and about a mile walk/drive from one of the best snorkeling locations within Kona/Kilauea area (Kahaluu Beach Park). We were in a convenient location for all the exploring we wanted and would highly recommend staying at this condo. Our only complaints were that the coffee maker seemed to be broken and the shower head in the master bathroom was a bit old, but these would certainly not prevented us from staying here again! Thanks again Cyndy, you made our vacation a breeze!!"

  • This is a FANTASTIC upscale unit that provides every amenity you could need. Like Home!

"We were impressed with the upgraded kitchen and bath areas as well as the beauty of the 1st level walk out onto the golf course. Some of my favorite memories of our stay circle around that amazing Lanai from watching the sunsets fall into the ocean to enjoying every meal in that beautiful setting. Location puts you 60 seconds from a grocery store as well as other any other necessity. The main highway is a 1 minute drive away and the condos sit on the same road that fronts the ocean. So easy to get anywhere. We toured the whole island and had an amazing experience."

  • Excellent in every way

"Our family of six (two children, two parents, + two grandparents) stayed here for 10 days for a second time and loved every minute of it (again). The two bedrooms downstairs were occupied by the adults and the children were able to sleep in the beds upstairs. It was the perfect amount of space for us. It truly felt like home away from home. The lanai offers amazing views of both the ocean activity and sunsets galore. You have three pools to choose from (we always chose the middle pool as it is closest to the unit). Although we don't normally like TV while on vacation, the flat screen and DVD player came in clutch when the kids needed a break from the sun/beach. The kids used the provided boogie boards and the parents used the snorkeling gear/beach chairs/umbrella from the storage closet. You have access to several clean beach towels, and they even have sand toys for the kids. The proximity to downtown Kona and a grocery store is perfect. It's close enough to jet downtown, yet far enough to enjoy some quiet time. Don't worry about shopping as the grocery store is a short walk from the unit. I noticed a few people talk about air conditioning here.... the weather was 90+ degrees every day we were here and as long as you leave the windows open all day, it was comfortable. In fact, a few of us had to turn the fans off at night as it got a little chilly. A/C=no need! WiFi-The only thing I can offer the next potential vacationer staying here is to be sure and reset the router if the username doesn't show up. You do this by unplugging the router for a few minutes, plug back in, and walla... type in the pw and it works perfectly! This place seriously has everything you need....pack a few shirts, shorts, and flip-flops and you're set!"
