  • Excellent property, clean, quiet, overall great rental.

"Great rental in a quiet complex. The pool and gym are very nice and clean, the views from the back patio are beautiful, the grounds are well kept. Very happy with this rental."

  • Excellent in every way

"Our family of six (two children, two parents, + two grandparents) stayed here for 10 days for a second time and loved every minute of it (again). The two bedrooms downstairs were occupied by the adults and the children were able to sleep in the beds upstairs. It was the perfect amount of space for us. It truly felt like home away from home. The lanai offers amazing views of both the ocean activity and sunsets galore. You have three pools to choose from (we always chose the middle pool as it is closest to the unit). Although we don't normally like TV while on vacation, the flat screen and DVD player came in clutch when the kids needed a break from the sun/beach. The kids used the provided boogie boards and the parents used the snorkeling gear/beach chairs/umbrella from the storage closet. You have access to several clean beach towels, and they even have sand toys for the kids. The proximity to downtown Kona and a grocery store is perfect. It's close enough to jet downtown, yet far enough to enjoy some quiet time. Don't worry about shopping as the grocery store is a short walk from the unit. I noticed a few people talk about air conditioning here.... the weather was 90+ degrees every day we were here and as long as you leave the windows open all day, it was comfortable. In fact, a few of us had to turn the fans off at night as it got a little chilly. A/C=no need! WiFi-The only thing I can offer the next potential vacationer staying here is to be sure and reset the router if the username doesn't show up. You do this by unplugging the router for a few minutes, plug back in, and walla... type in the pw and it works perfectly! This place seriously has everything you need....pack a few shirts, shorts, and flip-flops and you're set!"

  • Perfect for our family...!

"Traveling with older teens (this was a graduation/vacation trip), we needed a condo with 2 bedrooms/baths. The twin beds in the second bedroom with the full bath made this an easy decision. (Along with the short walk to Kahalu'u Beach Park for early morning snorkeling !). The Keauhou Shopping Center is a 5 min drive down the road for groceries, etc. (KTA Superstore, Longs Drug, restaurants, theatre...) which was very convenient. The condo was clean, well equipped and ready for a great stay! The owners and Knutson Management were also very easy to work with and responsive to our emails & phone calls in advance of our stay. We recommend and hope to return!"

  • Our perfect stay

"It doesn't get any better than this. Views of the ocean, the most fantastic condo in a brilliant location with all you think you could want on your holiday and more. Our family (of four) stayed for nearly three weeks in July/August 2016 and could not have picked a better home to stay in. It is roomy, comfortable, quiet, safe, our children enjoyed having their own suite of rooms and wifi (!), it has a plethora of beach equipment in the garage and the pool area felt like it was our own private pool it was so quiet. There are shops within walking distance, a fabulous beach to snorkel where we regularly saw turtles half a mile down the famous Ali'i Drive and you have the most wonderful, luxurious base to explore this magical island. Management dealt with any issues instantly and were very accommodating with a late check out. Highlights were seeing molten lava, paddling with the dolphins, watching the sunset at Rays on the Bay (at The Sheraton) and then seeing the manta ray feed and waking up and having breakfast on the lanaiis with the most fantastic view. We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday out here and could not have picked a better place to stay. Without doubt we will be back."
