"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a memorable 4th of July stacation! Parking was available near the condo & the condo was equipped with all amenities. There were numerous fans but still too hot; ac would be comfortable [use solar for electric] My husband slept on the sofa couch and when he awoke, there was a dead mice under the sheet!Luckily he did not get bit."

  • A Trip to Paradise

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this house as it was a perfect location and a great price. First note is the pictures do not do the house justice. Yes the house is older/bit dated, but perfect for what you need. How nice to have a full kitchen, we cooked a few meals at the house even grilled one night. The grounds are stunning. We all had our own rooms with an ocean view. We were able to go to bed to the sounds of the ocean each night. Each morning we would have coffee on the lanai and watch the tour boats head out for the day, some snorkel boats stopping out from our house bringing in dolphins to watch. The Queen's pool was a nice touch with sea life in it. We were close to town a great location. The hot tub was a nice touch as well. The manager answered all my pesky questions, I had allot. It was very hard to leave, as by the end of our vacation it felt like home. I cannot wait to go back"

  • Dazzling, private and serene

"We recommend this property in the highest possible terms. Photos cannot evoke the actual splendor of the setting and the house itself. The Ali'i Drive location is extremely private but surprisingly close to restaurants, bars, surf board rental, beaches, and grocery stores. Once you enter the large and impressive automatic gate, you are closed off from the rest of the world and enter an idyllic scene that knocks ones socks off. We are used to 5 star accommodations and this was right up there with the best. The house and gardens are well designed and meticulously maintained. It is true indoor/outdoor living. You sit on the lanai and feel the soft trade winds as you prepare meals, or just watch the surfers on the break a short paddle distance away. We saw turtles in the lava rock pool directly in front of the house every day. The sound of the surf is all you hear. There are no adjacent neighbors. The owner Ali and the agent Kim were both very kind and responsive in all our dealings with them. Jose the caretaker was also very obliging upon our arrival and helped settle us in. We keep dreaming of this place and look forward to returning."

  • Perfect place for a bike training camp!!

"Beginning of may 2016, we went to Hawaii for 2 weeks, escaping snow and cold weather in Montreal Quebec!! We did a bike training camp. Ten cyclists, everybody was happy, easy acces to the beachs, Kona, cycling roads...We had all we need and more. We will probably return for next training camp. Thanks Dana and Joe See you soon Mahalo"
