  • Exactly what we had hoped for with the special added bonus of a Hilton Parking/Pool pass❣

"We were repeat customers to a Waikoloa Beach Villas corner 3-bedroom unit with back door access to the Jacuzzi/Pool complex. Truly the only way to go. You'll love it, we did❣"

  • Perfect space for a perfect rate!

"My husband and I had a most magical week at the condo, sleeping to sound of the crashing waves with the patio door open and enjoying our meals on the lanai, with the ocean across the (busy) street. The bathroom and kitchen are renovated: modern and completely functional with full sized fridge, microwave, stove top, etc. We had dinner in Kailu-Kona a couple of nights- walked there once but it's about 3.4 miles away. We were blessed with sunny skies and perfect temps every day- but does it ever rain on this Coast of the Island? :) Finally, Barbara was super easy to communicate with and the surrounding condo neighbors were warm and welcoming! I highly recommend this little condo!"

  • Beautiful Home

"This house was truly excellent. We spent three weeks at the house and were joined by our daughter and her husband and their 9 month old for 8 days. The house was immaculate. The photos showing the house can't describe the actual beauty of this home! The kitchen had numerous great appliances and full array of utensils - you lack for nothing. The kitchen, dining room, beautiful large living room and the media room are on the main floor with numerous screen doors to allow cool tropical breezes. The master suite is on the ground floor, with the three other bedrooms on the floor above the main and are accessed by a stairway off the kitchen. The master is large and comfortable and being by itself on the ground floor, provides a great amount of privacy. The lanai is huge with a panoramic view of the ocean - we had many meals at the house and all of them were outside on the lanai. A truly great outdoor living area. We hope to return next year and bring some good friends with us. Our desire to share the house with friends next year is a testimony to how great we feel the house is and the beautiful experience it provides."

  • Kona Perfection

"We spent 4 weeks at Melelina Hale, and enjoyed every minute. We had 6 adults and 2 children, and had plenty of room for all. The home is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay: The spacious, comfortable bedrooms. The heated pool. The two lanais for ocean viewing. The kitchen outfitted with most things needed to cook at home. (which we did a lot of) Two refrigerators were helpful, as well as the high heat grill by the pool. The garage was stocked with pool and beach toys as well as coolers to take to the beaches. Since we have visited the Big Island several times previously, we limited our "tourist time" and spent time with our friends and family. Coming from Minnesota in January/February, we were happy to hang by the pool and enjoy the warm weather (and a cold Kona Brew!) Owner was responsive to inquiries and suggestions. We would recommend this property to others and certainly consider this home again when we return to the Big Island! TIP: Go to Costco and buy fresh local Ahi tuna, Ono, or Marlin and grill it up on the back patio. Can't be beat!"
