  • Wonderful home, wonderful location!

"We are a family of eight and we couldn't say more about your home. There was plenty of space for all of us and no one got in each other's way! The patio that opens up was amazing! It let the cool air in. We laid in the pool chairs and gazed up at all the stars every night. We went snorkeling in Kapaho twice, volcano, geo-thermal ponds, 4-mile beach(swam with turtles), green sand beach, zip-lining,turtle (black sand beach) and enjoyed Hilo as well!! Thank you again for having us!!"

  • Great Place to stay!!

"This was a Beautiful Home! In a gated and safe country like location . A good spot because there are many thing to see and do in the local area. By the way ,staying home and enjoying your pool and landscape is not a bad idea either. Consider this One as it is a great value offered by folks that make your visit pretty easy. Aloha !"

  • Excellent base for Puna (Pahoa), Volcano, Hilo and snorkling!

"Good, out-of-the-way place, more a neighborhood than a tourist spot. 20 minutes to Kapoho Tide Pools and 30 minutes to Onekahakaha. Generally quiet, sounds of the waves lovely at night, dogs are fine, but one of the neighbors does like to throw the occasional loud party. Be sure to check out Pahoa Fresh Fish and Boogie Woogie Pizza if you are hungry, Just Crusin' for the best coffee, Kadota's Liquor for awesome boutique beers and Hilo Bay Books for lots of great used books!"

  • Home away from home

"This location has super awesome hosts! The house was perfect for our large ohana of 16! There are plenty of extra sleeping arrangements for the keiki and tons of space to play outside. We even made great use of the dry sauna after a long day of exploring the island."
