  • Perfect in every way!

"Our group rented both Cottages for 8 days in February, into early March. The cottages are perfectly located, with a short walk/bike ride to everything in Kapa'a. We loved the walk/bike path in front of the cottages which extends along the shore for several miles. The cottages are both SO well equipped; everything we could possibly need for a large group. The monk seals frequented Baby Beach (a short walk on the path) and kept us captivated! We hope to return. next year!"

  • Affordable Ocean View!

"Sarah is very helpful. She answered all of my questions prior to our visit and even suggested a restaurant for us. We arrived in the evening but check-in was a breeze. The condo is on the 3rd floor and closest to the street. The bedroom is located right next to the entry door. We found the bedroom fan light not working - but the night stand lights both work so it wasn't a problem for us. Reported this to Sarah and she said she will have maintenance take a look. There are foot traffic from other guests that passes by our bedroom window, and we could hear passing cars from the street but after we closed the bedroom windows and blinds and turn on the AC, it didn't bother us one bit throughout the nights. We were here for our son's sports so we are always on the go. When we are in the condo we like to hang out in the balcony and watch the waves and talk stories. We didn't use much of the kitchen other than the refrigerator, a couple of cups and a plate, and the microwave to heat up our leftovers. The washer & dryer came in handy, we did a couple of loads during our stay. The condo had beach chairs in the balcony storage available for us to bring to the beach too but we didn't have the opportunity to. Our only requirement was a king size bed and AC, this condo fits the bill and more! Everything was kept neat and clean, we didn't have any problems with carpet or anything like that. Overall a very satisfied stay! If you are looking for a place to eat, fine dining Hukilau is great (this was Sarah's suggestion), just a block down the street, reservations recommended as we waited for 25 mins before we could get seated. Kintaro is just across the street if you are looking for sushi/japanese cuisine with a full bar. Bubba's burger is just a few minutes drive up North. Also keep in mind, the main road do clog up with traffic during the day so give yourself ample of time, or check the free app Waze for traffic congestion."

  • Beautiful Up to Date Condo on a Stunning Property

"We had a fabulous visit to Kauai, and much pleasure staying at this spacious newly renovated condo. The kitchen was well stocked with all new appliances. The bathrooms had walk-in showers, and there was plenty of room. The beds were extremely comfortable. The lanai had a lovely view of the water and the lush landscaping. The beach was beautiful, private, with a sheltered play area for children. The pool is actually swimmable, and sheltered from the wind. There was enough soap and paper supplies for our two week stay. Both Foodland and Safeway are a close drive away. The Coconut Marketplace next door is dealing with some vacancy, but we took good advantage of the farmer's market held there Tuesday and Thursday mornings. The laundry was in the next building - very close. We did not eat out much, but we did enjoy the Olympic Cafe in Kapaa. Kapaa is centrally located on the island so we made good use of our car exploring north and south. We especially enjoyed climbing the Sleeping Giant, biking the Kapaa bike path, a trip by sea to the Napali Coast, the Kauai Brewing Company, and swimming at every beach with a life guard stand. I have very few negatives. If you find traffic noise bothersome, there is some. The units are not particularly sound proof, I think because they are mostly uncarpeted. Most people don't stay as long as we did, but I could have used more bathroom cleaning supplies. Overall I highly recommend this lovely condo."
