  • The best vacation!

"This place was perfect! Very welcoming and home like. The area around was perfect... we were able to walk almost every where we wanted to go. The beach and pool were perfect and relaxing. I have and would recommend this place for any couple looking for a little piece of heaven! Thank you Linda for everything!"

  • Great stay!

"Our time in E-206 at Waipouli Beach Resort was great. The condo was clean and well appointed, it had all the amenities we needed - dishes, plenty of towels including beach towels and pillows and washer/dryer. The condo faces the ocean which you can see in the far distance, your immediate view is the pool. There is a small balcony off the bedroom with a table and chairs which we enjoyed. We loved having a key code instead of a key, that made one less thing that we had to worry about bringing with us. The bed was very comfortable and really liked having 2 double sinks in the bathroom. The resort is in a great location right in the middle of Kapaa and across the street from a plaza that has Safeway (open 24 hrs), Starbucks and Tropical Dreams (yummy ice cream!) and next door is Foodland, this made everything so convenient. The Oasis restaurant on the beach is a very nice amenity. We visited during happy hour (only drinks are included in happy hour, no food) two times during our stay and both times the service was good along with the food we ordered. The view is fantastic, especially at sunset. The pool is big and there are multiple hot tubs. Just a few things that we didn't like: the pool isn't heated so we didn't use it at all as it was too cold, pool noise and the beach. The main issue with the pool noise is the doors to get in, most people typed in the key code opened the door and let it slam behind them, which was very load. And a couple of nights there were some loud groups out there. The beach is beautiful but it's not a swimming beach as there are a lot of rocks, it would have been nice to be able swim or snorkel. Overall would highly recommend staying here."

  • Nice condo and location on island

"We were very happy with our stay. The condo was very nice and modern and comfortable. We traveled with our baby and a nice pack-n-play was provided for our stay. I like that this condo has two bedrooms with two bathrooms attached so there is nice privacy when traveling with two couples. The kitchen was super nice for cooking some of our own meals while we were there. We liked being across from places to eat and grocery stores and even Starbucks. The resort property is very nice and well maintained. The hot tub actually is hot which we enjoyed in the evenings. The beach looked rocky so bring water shoes. We liked that the owners provided us with a thorough welcome packet and suggested placed to see, things to do, and places to eat which was very helpful since it was our first time in Kauai. Thanks for the great stay!"

  • Our Paradise Home away from Home.

"Upon our first visit to the condo, we sensed an immediate peacefulness enhanced by the view from the private lanai overlooking the blue waters of Kauai. The condo has been tastefully decorated with many examples of their personal art and handiwork. You will find a spacious master bedroom with a large adjoining bathroom. The kitchen has all of the necessary cooking utensils , cutlery and pans if you prefer to cook in. We had 4 home-cooked meals. There were several large Weber BBQs available in various locations including the pool area. The living and dining rooms form an open floor plan. The owners provided various Television options including Roku. We were close to various shopping venues for food, entertainment and relaxation. The Wailua golf course is minutes away as well as the beautiful town of Kappa. Thid unit is a great place to plan trips to Princeville, Waimea and the south shore. A MUST dining experience is the Bistro in the quaint town of Kilauea. We chose a helicopter adventure to learn and see Kauai where most roads do not go. If you are history motivated, the Kauai museum will not disappoint. Lastly, we found it hard to leave our paradise home away from home!! We highly recommend this 5 star property. Can't wait to return."
