  • An amazing family vacation spot

"We loved our stay in this unit. It is a great layout with plenty of space (can easily accommodate two families), high quality finishing, is beautifully furnished, and has all the supplies and extras (pots and pans, soaps, towels, coolers, beach chairs, beach toys, bikes etc) you could want. The pool and hot tub is lovely and an oasis and was never busy. Our kids had so much fun playing there for hours. There is also a nice BBQ area with table and chairs. In terms of the location, we loved the walking/running paths around the golf course, the easy walking distance to the Queens Bath, the super convenience of Foodland for one off items (although we did our big shop at Costco) and watching the sunset from the Cliffs. We worried about not staying directly on the beach but there are so many beaches (especially with small children in tow) in close proximity - in hindsight we liked that we ended up going to different beaches and adventuring more! We have travelled to Hawaii many times and have been to most of the islands and the low key lushness of Kauai and these accommodations have helped solidify this as our favorite trip location. We hope to return in the near future!"

  • Nice property.

"Sharon and Ed are very helpful and friendly people. Their condo is honestly represented, the new floor is very nice in this climate, bed is perfect to sleep on, lots of room you won't feel cramped at all. We would stay here again for sure, thanks."

  • At home in paradise

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Made all breakfasts and many dinners 'at home' on the lanai. Beautiful! And spent our days exploring & hiking or going to the beach! Love it here! And Kathy has made it easy and been so great to work with! Aloha & Mahalo!"

  • Paradise Found On Kauai - It's called Hale Hokuu Too!

"We've been coming to Kauai for the past 19 years and have stayed in a number of residences along the south shore. Hale Hokuu Too is possibly the most complete rental property we have found. Gale wants her guests to have the best possible experience during their stay. She is attentive to all requests. The main floor living area is spacious with spectacular ocean views. The kitchen is well appointed with new appliances and almost every gadget and tool you could possibly imagine. The pool area is well maintained with plenty of lounges and pool accessories. Used the gas BBQ on a number of occasions. Cooking with an ocean view! So nice to have laundry facilities which are clean and neat. Wifi worked great as well. Used the main A/C unit once (for 20 minutes) in our 15 days because their is nice cross ventilation throughout the house. Weekly yard and pool service the grounds in impeccable order. Housekeeping service during our stay was a nice touch. Plenty of shopping within a 5 minute drive. Living Market is a great source for specialty purchases and Big Save let's you finish all grocery purchases. Long's Drug is a great resource. Try La Spezia in Koloa for great Italian cuisine. Merrimans and Roys 1849 let you splurge for a romantic evening. We've already booked for 2018 - 3 weeks this time because this feels like 'home' to us."
