  • A great stay at the Poipu Sands

"Our family enjoyed staying at the Poipu Sands #222. Our place had an amazing view of the ocean & right across from the pool. Very nice condo, well equipped with all the amenities that you may need & then some. A home away from home. Will come back again. Mahalo The Jaime family"

  • Incredible condo!

"This was by far one of my most memorable vacations. Princeville is one of the most luxurious places to reside on the island of Kauai and I highly recommend staying at this condo on Emmalani Ct. The condo was immaculately clean upon arrival and Jeff is a very responsive owner who wants to make sure your stay at the condo is perfect. It was convenient not having to worry about buying beach accessories because everything from beach towels to snorkeling gear was available in his condo. I highly recommend and would definitely rent again!"

  • Away from the bustle

"This was our second time at Jule's place. It is a homey and peaceful place where we spent two calm weeks in beauty, listening to birds and the surf. It is between Kapaa and Princeville and is only a 10 minute drive to groceries or restaurants...it is just a few blocks walk to a beautiful beach at Moloaa Bay. If you want to be in the middle of the shopping/crowded beach action or close to amenities, this ISN"T the place for you. But if you want a quiet beach and a private bungalow, this is it. Because There is only one bed, and the kitchen is set up for simple cooking. We really enjoy the juice bar just up the road...yum! We also found a great little worship community just a few miles away."

  • The perfect home base

"There are many reasons why I will stay here again. First, I love the central location to my favorite areas of Kauai (I love to visit Hanalei and Kapa'a). If you like to spend your days in different spots, then you would love it too because it is a great base of operations for all of your adventures. Also, the privacy and seclusion was exactly what I was looking for. We also brought our two little ones with us (2 and 4 yrs old) and they loved the place as well. The open floor plan was perfect for them to run around and play with their toys, and if they wanted to watch some videos then WiFi was available. They also loved the HUGE lawn area where we kicked a ball around and run about. The hammock was a huge hit too. The hot tub under the stars was my favorite, along with the outdoor shower. The place also boasts a ton of useful stuff. The ice maker/blender were constantly in use (iced coffees, pina coladas, etc) and the beach gear (specifically the umbrella, cooler and boogie board) was a life saver. Finally, the generous gift basket awaiting us upon arrival was very welcome, laden with perfect snacks and a critical bag of fresh ground coffee. We had an amazing family vacation and this place made it happen."
