  • It was clean, neat and a wonderful view of the ocean!

"The Islander on the Beach was very close to all kinds of shopping and wonderful beaches! It seemed about midway to the North shore and the West side of the island so it was centrally located. Enjoyed watching the Monk seal that came ashore to rest and sleep!"

  • What a view!!! Perfect location!

"My wife and I stayed at this condo for 6 days during Christmas 2016. We could not have asked for a better location! The view from the lanai is stunning. I woke up every day to watch the sunrise over Wailua Bay. It is spectacular. There are a few great restaurants within walking distance, such as Kintaro's for sushi (highly recommended). The condo was exactly as described and seen in the photos. Although much of our time was spent exploring the island of Kauai, we did find the condo to be comfortable enough to hang out in and relax at times. I would highly recommend this location for anyone."

  • Great place to stay

"We stayed at the Islander Condo 224 for 4 days. It is just as described. The view from the condo is ideal. We sat on the lanai each morning watching the sunrise. The condo was very clean. Shampoo, soap etc were available. Nice pool with a poolside bar. The bed was was very comfortable, it was nice to have a bathtub to soak in after a long day. The location is ideal. 45 minutes to the north side and 60 min to the canyon. The only thing that would have helped at the condo would be access to the laundry facilities. Because we were renting the Coro privately, we did not have access. Overall, this condo was great value and we would definately stay there again. Thanks Julie for being so responsive."

  • Great family vacation

"Our family of 5 (kids 10, 6, 4) had a wonderful time at Lae Nani, and the condo (431) was very nice and a good value. It was very quiet and peaceful on the third floor, with a beautiful view. We didn't have any issues when we were there and so there was no need to communicate on-site. The pre-vacation communication with owner (Claudia) and broker (ReMax) was excellent. Lae Nani is a great spot for young families and is a convenient location for trips to the north and south of Kauai. We were there with two other couples who stayed in different condos at Lae Nani with young kids (ages 5-12). The pool and communal BBQs were great. There is a great ocean front bar/pub next door called Lava Lava. There is also a farmers market a few hundred feet away where we bought most of our fruits and veggies. The ocean had good snorkelling and a private cove that was safe for the little kids. The other guests were very friendly, and 431 had everything we needed. The group of kids spent a lot of time running around the large and safe grounds. Our group was a bit louder than most but no one seemed to be upset. Everyone was in bed early which probably helped. We would not hesitate to come back to 431 & Lae Nani."
