  • Family Getaway 2016

"We had the best time staying at the Waipouli Beach Resort in G107!! Peter (the owner) was fabulous to work with and very responsive with any and all inquiries. Condo was exactly as advertised. The resort itself was perfect - pool was ideal, loved the "sand" at the bottom of the hot tubs! I think the only recommendation I would have is maybe a small notebook on the counter to greet guests with all the rules / requirements during the stay (what to do for a parking pass, what to do when you check out, who to call in case of any issues, etc.). Mahalo Peter, this was perfect!"

  • Experience A Palette Splashed With Kauai'i Colors

"Imagine waking up to a bright palette splashed with Kauai’s vibrant colors every morning. Stir that in with the sweet good morning chirpy sounds of island birds, and a hot cup of steaming Kauai coffee savored from sprawling verdant green lawn to sea view of your very comfortably furnished lanai, all the while watching the surfers slip through their good morning sets….the same sets that lullaby you to sleep at night. You’ve just scratched the surface of the amenities at this Lae Nani condo, your very own piece of paradise for the next few short days. All the appointments of home are well furnished here, and accented with beautiful Hawaiian heirloom pieces. You’re privacy is respected here in this serenely quiet, tranquil environment. And speaking of tranquility, there’s no need to check your blood pressure here. Drop your watch in the mail and send it home…..”no kine ticky tock, eh brah?”. Feel your partner reach out to lace their fingers with yours, and know the unspoken feeling of thankfulness for this experience. You made the right choice coming here. I can't tell you how many "locals" have asked me where I'm staying. When I answer "Lae Nani", they always respond "Ahh.......that's nice there". And this condo is very nice, indeed!!! After a lazy day at the beach sitting under the umbrella tree with our ukuleles, I could tell you about the refreshing pool just a few steps away, and soaking in it under a warm Kauai cloudburst that cut loose for a few refreshing minutes, not to mention the constant multi-colored clouds drifting overhead that you never quite seem to tire watching. Spend some time in Kauai and you’ll experience the spiritual core of Hawaiian culture. You can stay as busy or as quiet as you want to be in Kauai. Everything is there to dazzle you with “one of a kind” tourist experiences, or just a quiet awakening and rebirth of your inner spirit……and all too soon you’ll begin feeling like a “local”……..ahhh, deep breath now……damn!! My plane goes home tomorrow. What if I don’t get on it??? The locals are friendly here on Kauai, and the spirit of “Aloha” abounds. Don’t forget to take some home with you."

  • Great stay!

"Our time in E-206 at Waipouli Beach Resort was great. The condo was clean and well appointed, it had all the amenities we needed - dishes, plenty of towels including beach towels and pillows and washer/dryer. The condo faces the ocean which you can see in the far distance, your immediate view is the pool. There is a small balcony off the bedroom with a table and chairs which we enjoyed. We loved having a key code instead of a key, that made one less thing that we had to worry about bringing with us. The bed was very comfortable and really liked having 2 double sinks in the bathroom. The resort is in a great location right in the middle of Kapaa and across the street from a plaza that has Safeway (open 24 hrs), Starbucks and Tropical Dreams (yummy ice cream!) and next door is Foodland, this made everything so convenient. The Oasis restaurant on the beach is a very nice amenity. We visited during happy hour (only drinks are included in happy hour, no food) two times during our stay and both times the service was good along with the food we ordered. The view is fantastic, especially at sunset. The pool is big and there are multiple hot tubs. Just a few things that we didn't like: the pool isn't heated so we didn't use it at all as it was too cold, pool noise and the beach. The main issue with the pool noise is the doors to get in, most people typed in the key code opened the door and let it slam behind them, which was very load. And a couple of nights there were some loud groups out there. The beach is beautiful but it's not a swimming beach as there are a lot of rocks, it would have been nice to be able swim or snorkel. Overall would highly recommend staying here."
