  • Kauai Island home away from home

"The location was close to so many wonderful areas on the Island. Beautifully decorated and just steps to the beach! Well maintained Condo with everything we needed for a perfect stay. We loved the view, kitchen and location. Thank you for keeping plenty of beach towels for use. Penny was awesome in arranging our dates and thank you to the owners for being so gracious with a welcoming gift of Island spice and coffee! Close to the Kapaa a farmer's market. The sound of the oceans so close was magical. A wonderful stay."

  • Experience A Palette Splashed With Kauai'i Colors

"Imagine waking up to a bright palette splashed with Kauai’s vibrant colors every morning. Stir that in with the sweet good morning chirpy sounds of island birds, and a hot cup of steaming Kauai coffee savored from sprawling verdant green lawn to sea view of your very comfortably furnished lanai, all the while watching the surfers slip through their good morning sets….the same sets that lullaby you to sleep at night. You’ve just scratched the surface of the amenities at this Lae Nani condo, your very own piece of paradise for the next few short days. All the appointments of home are well furnished here, and accented with beautiful Hawaiian heirloom pieces. You’re privacy is respected here in this serenely quiet, tranquil environment. And speaking of tranquility, there’s no need to check your blood pressure here. Drop your watch in the mail and send it home…..”no kine ticky tock, eh brah?”. Feel your partner reach out to lace their fingers with yours, and know the unspoken feeling of thankfulness for this experience. You made the right choice coming here. I can't tell you how many "locals" have asked me where I'm staying. When I answer "Lae Nani", they always respond "Ahh.......that's nice there". And this condo is very nice, indeed!!! After a lazy day at the beach sitting under the umbrella tree with our ukuleles, I could tell you about the refreshing pool just a few steps away, and soaking in it under a warm Kauai cloudburst that cut loose for a few refreshing minutes, not to mention the constant multi-colored clouds drifting overhead that you never quite seem to tire watching. Spend some time in Kauai and you’ll experience the spiritual core of Hawaiian culture. You can stay as busy or as quiet as you want to be in Kauai. Everything is there to dazzle you with “one of a kind” tourist experiences, or just a quiet awakening and rebirth of your inner spirit……and all too soon you’ll begin feeling like a “local”……..ahhh, deep breath now……damn!! My plane goes home tomorrow. What if I don’t get on it??? The locals are friendly here on Kauai, and the spirit of “Aloha” abounds. Don’t forget to take some home with you."

  • Feel at home in paradise!

"This condo greatly exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect setting for our first trip to Kauai. The condo is spacious with all the amenities you need to feel at home. The breezes through the condo are wonderful and refreshing at all times of the day. We enjoyed breakfast on the lanai every day with a beautiful ocean view and some colorful feathered friends stopping by time to time. We also took advantage of the full kitchen and the gas grill (right across the parking lot from the door) for a few home cooked meals during our stay. The location is ideal to relax by the beach or to venture out and explore the entire island. We enjoyed the convenience of the nearby waterfalls, Wailua River valley, and shops and restaurants in and around Kapaa, but it was just as convenient to head to the north, south or west side of the island for a hike or tour in the morning and be back with plenty of time to get showered and head out to dinner. On days where you don't want to get in the car you can just stroll down the serene walking/biking path along the beach that goes up to Lydgate Park which is great for swimming and snorkeling. I've recommended this condo to all my family members for their visits to Kauai and look forward to our next stay there when we return."

  • Great location and wonderful view

"First off the owner was fantastic and was readily available for any questions we may have had, even sent us a fun itinerary with day to day things to do. The condo was in the perfect spot to view the ocean from the patio and the mountains from the bedrooms. There is a rocked off area of the ocean that kids can play in and there are even colorful fish swimming in it from time to time. The road noise was barely heard but was noticed on the weekends, no big deal. The beach is literally in your back yard and the condo has many beach toys and boards for you to use. There is an ABC shop and awesome Italian restaurant a short walk away. The main town of Kapaa is about 4 minutes drive so you are located very close to fun shops and restaurants. We will definitely be staying here again."
