"This is our 3rd year and will definitely not be our last. The Lincoln Home as we call it, is an unbelievable place. A perfect home away from home for 2 people. The location up on the hill over looking the bay and the Marriott's view is spectacular. The inside is so modern and up to date you would think it was built last year. Clean lines and the "open" concept with glass frosted doors you can close to separate the bathroom from looking at the bay. If you don't want to rent a car no problem because you are within walking distance of at least 7 restaurants such as Italian, Mexican, Pizza, Burgers, Seafood plus food trucks and don't forget ice cream. We have eaten at them all and have gone back many times. If you want to stay in, the kitchen is equipped so you can make a nice snack to eat. Oh for you sports fans, big flat screen TV along with Netflix. So as you can see, one couldn't ask for anything more. And the owner Andrea is such a sweet heart. You will not find a more concerned owner. Example, we asked where the best place to get coffee and she came down within 5 minutes with Nespresso cups, no charge. Trust me when I say you will Love It, Love It, Love It. If you don't, please reevaluate yourself. You cannot go wrong. Oh did I mention the entire 16 foot front that over looks the bay has sliding doors that open up all the way to view the bay and you could even do the same while taking a shower. It is unbelievable. Now the bad part, there isn't any. Get my point? A fantastic place. Microphone dropped."

  • Perfect place to experience paradise.

"This condo is perfect for a family stay on Kauai. The 2 bedrooms are very spacious. each with it's own bathroom. The living room is open to the kitchen, dining area and lanai, all with breathtaking views of the beach and ocean beyond. We had our morning coffee watching the sunrise over the water then took long morning walks toward the north. There is a golf course beside the resort and then a park so you can walk the beach for about an hour before seeing any developments, what a treat. The resort hotel is right next door with a wonderful pool, restaurants and bars. You can use the hotel facilities for about $20 per person per day. We had a wonderful dinner there sitting outside and listening to the soft sounds of a Hawaiian band. As others have mentioned, the condo comes fully equipped for any beach activity or cooking needs. We cooked a delicious Christmas Eve dinner of lobster tails and fresh Ono purchased from the nearby Safeway. They also stock a full line of beer and wine. You can cook meals but have the bonus of having countless restaurants near you, everything from 5 star dining to fast food. Don't miss the Kapaa shopping area peppered with local bistros, all with great food. Breakfast at Kountry Kitchen and lunch at Olympic Grill were both excellent, reasonable, and had that great beach vibe. Don't miss cruising the Napali coast for a view of the sight of so many movies and Waimea Canyon, breathtaking. This condo is perfectly located to enjoy all aspects of the island. Mahalo Chad for a great experience."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location and property. Condo was well equipped. A few things broken - but replaced in a timely fashion. Would rent again and recommend to family and friends. Had workers all week painting the property and doing roofing work. Overall a pleasurable experience."

  • Great experiernce!

"This listing was all as described and more! It has one of the best lanai views in the hotel (we have stayed at KBR several times before) and it was well equipped with towels, etc for our 4 day stay. Our impressions were totally positive and we would not hesitate to stay here again or to recommend it to others. Having free wi-fi was a real bonus as we have had to pay for it or use it in the lobby on previous stays. Coffee is provided for the first day so just remember to bring enough 'hotel packs" of coffee to last for your stay if you don't use housekeeping services. All in all....delighted with our stay!"
