  • Exactly as promised.

"This was one of the best condos we have rented. It is exactly as shown in the picture on the web site. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and the beach out front is amazing. Beautiful sand that goes on a long way and very uncrowded. The condo itself is spotless and comfortable. We felt very at home and just a little bit sad to leave. I would go back in heartbeat."

  • Nice place, great, convenient, location!

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with our stay at K123 Banyon Harbor! The location was perfect for exploring either side of the island. The town-home was very clean and had everything we needed. Nice tile floors throughout, 1.5 baths. Large counter top in main bath, two balconies. Bedrooms upstairs so those who wanted to sleep in could do so without being disturbed. Very short walk to a beautiful beach, shopping and dining. Grounds were very clean and well-kept also."

  • Great views and convenient location

"This is a beautiful place - we stayed for six nights (two couples). The kitchen looks very new and modern and all was exceptionally clean (the fridge door looks shocking - old with rust marks - but inside seems fine). You can see the waves rolling in and palm trees from the front lanei. A few minutes walk to the paved path to Lydgate Beach Park and Wailua. We enjoyed the feeling of relative privacy compared with the resorts along the south coast. It was a real bonus to have the washer/dryer and towels. Kauai seemed small to us after a week on the Big Island, so everything was very do-able from this location: we went to the North Shore and Na Pali coast, the South Shore, sea tour from Port Allen, Waimea Canyon... Wailua and Kapa'a are very close: this is great if you want to book a kayak trip up the Wailua River. It's a pleasant walk along the ocean (and footbridge next to road bridge) to Wailua - we went to the Lava Lava Beach Club one evening for cocktails all round and no designated driver!"

  • Lovely Condo, Great Value, Superb Management

"Our group of 4 stayed here for a week in January. The condo felt open and spacious, we could tell a lot of thought was put in to make it as comfortable and convenient as possible for the guests. It included all the furnishings and amenities that we needed (and more). We loved being able to enjoy breakfast and coffee on the balcony overlooking the bay. The (Kalapaki) beach is just a short walk and elevator ride away. It was the ideal home base for us as we explored the entire island. Special thanks to the property manager -- she was very professional, courteous and accommodating to our needs. Thanks Jacalyn! Highly recommend this place if you're ever in Kaua'i."
