"This home beautifully accommodated our multigenerational family consisting of five adults and two children during our week-long stay.
Each day, after our various island excursions, which typically lasted from 2-6 hours, we appreciated coming back to our private pool/hot tub oasis to unwind, eat, play, and rehash the day's events. It was so much more relaxing and conducive to togetherness than if we had been in several rooms at a hotel or resort. If at a resort, you'd all have to commit to being at the pool or eating at the same time to be together but this arrangement allowed for people use the pool, use the grill, use the kitchen, use the bathroom, all doing whatever suited them individually yet we still were generally hanging together. That may be the greatest benefit of this home...That is, the perfect environment for what I'll call "individual-togetherness."
Along with the typical kitchen, bath, and laundry amenities you'd expect to find, the house is further equipped with bikes, a cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards, books, puzzles, and even a piano. There were also many grocery items left from previous guests that saved us money. I'd recommend getting in the house first to see what's available there before making a stop to the grocery. For instance, we bought some things such as sugar, water, etc. that we wouldn't have needed to. We loved dining on the lanai gazing at sunsets and waterfalls. The main living area upstairs has the space and is arranged in such a way that allowed for our group to spread out yet still relax comfortably together. The four bedrooms and 3.5 baths provided the privacy and separation at day's end for us all to rejuvenate each night and wake up refreshed to start a whole new beautiful day of memories.
Our family discovered that this home provided a much more satisfying, memorable, and cost-efficient vacation experience for our group than if we had gotten several rooms at a resort. I strongly recommend it for family or friend groups vacationing together."
