  • Hale Kilo I'a

"Our family of four stayed at Hale Kilo I'a over the Christmas Holiday. We have used VRBO for more than a decade and this home did not disappoint. It is directly on the beach as advertised. The surroundings are quiet. Being on the beach was obviously the number one selling point. I would venture to say that it is no more than 50 yards from the home to the sand. That is Priceless!!! Hale Kilo I'a is a short drive past Hanalei Bay. It is for the most part next door to a small resort that has a restaurant. The home is well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. All up to date and all functioning. We had zero problems and were never bothered by the manager. The pictures do the home justice. It looks exactly as shown. The water in front is swimmable but in December it was just a little rough. The view was unforgettable. The north shore is the place to be. If you want a lot of commotion and crowds don't stay here. If you want quiet relaxation this is the place for you."

  • Beautiful treasure !

"This is our second time renting on the north coast in Kauai. Our original rental was not available so we rented this as it looked lovely. Now we prefer this house ! The wrap around lanai is so wonderful. From any room you can step out and be part of nature that surrounds this home. This trip is just my husband and myself, having the extra room was luxurious...the home is fully stocked, we wanted for nothing. The manager, the Parrish group, did everything possible to make this a smooth rental for us and it really was. Location is great, home is lovely and very cozy. To us, the perfect gem."

  • Beautiful peaceful and convenient.

"Great communication from the owner. We found the house to be clean and comfortable. Very convenient access to the beach via a path right across the street. Walking (or bike riding) distance to Tunnels, Ke'e, and Kalalau trail. The property has bikes, snorkeling gear, beach towels, umbrellas, boogie board, and etc. all ready to use. Working washer and drier. Clean kitchen stocked with dishes and everything you need to cook. Private lanai opening up to the preserve out back. A very peaceful stay. I would highly recommend Cook Hale"

  • Beautiful home with all amenities

"My husband and I were there 2 weeks and it felt like home. All we needed to cook was there, the king bed was heaven and the private deck was fantastic place to unwind. We were 2 minutes to beautiful beach and loved the lush surroundings."
