  • Amazing Wedding Getaway

"We booked this location for a small-scale wedding getaway and it was absolutely amazing. Our families were staying at a separate rental so this house was for my new wife and our close friends only. It was perfect for us - it had all the amenities we could think of and was very clean and well-maintained. The BBQ area downstairs was perfect for hanging out and having some drinks, and the wrap-around porch around the whole house was amazing for sitting and watching the mountains. The beds were very comfortable and the house was incredibly close to a very beautiful secluded beach."

  • Livin' life in the neighborhood

"If you want to feel like a full time north shore Kauai resident then this is the property for you. Beautiful grounds, manicured and lush. Plenty of off street parking. Indoor and outdoor areas for relaxing and soaking up the atmosphere. Outdoor showers are a blessing with a large group, especially if there are childern. Helps you keep the sand out of the house, rinse off the salt water and sand or just take your full shower, nice. The main house is so comfortable. Full kitchen, well stocked with dishes and small appliances. Always a few spices and condiments available also. And everything works great. Nice to have a washer and dryer to keep up with beach towels and and personal items. Living and dining area comfortable for 9 of us. Everyone had a nice room and bed. Nice baths as well. The Tree House was perfect for the grandparents! Our own little get away spot. The fridge was a big help storing extra food and beverages for the group. Both the main house and the Tree House have stairs to the living areas. And the beach is almost at your front door, go across the street and down a path and you are there. Lots of beach and snorkeling equipment in the toy storage area to pick and choose from, including an ice chest and cooler bags, beach chairs, boogie boards, it's all there waiting for you to pick what you need and go. Our second visit to this property and we will be back"

  • Magical Week in Paradise

"We had an extended family group of 14 people stay here through the week of July 4th, and everyone went away wanting more. Both the main house and the tree house were well appointed with all the amenities to feel at home. We did most of our cooking in the main house and the bbq below. There were plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, etc. to cook and serve a meal for all of us, with plenty of space to sit and enjoy the awesome beauty that surrounded us. The best thing about the main house was all the outdoor living space. The North Shore of Kauai is magical and this property with its view of the bali hai mountains and close proximity to some of the greatest beaches on the planet made all the difference in our family vacation."

  • Wonderful Beach Access

"This is an absolutely unbeatable location. The quiet North Shore lets you enjoy non-commercial Kauai. The house itself has a large manicured back yard, good for frisbee, football, or lawn darts. Then, you hit the sand of the beach. What a fantastic view and full beaches to choose right by the house or for short walks either way. A terrific surprise for us was the quality of the fish to see on the reef that is right by the house. No need to drive or hike to see many, many gorgeous fish. The wrap-around lanai on the house was perfect for breakfasts, mid-day relaxation, or peacefully waiting out a brief rainstorm. Our family of six used all the beds in the house and found them to be comfortable and more that satisfactory. Having the two day beds in the living room does mean there is no couch, but you should be out at the beach anyway! The only drawback of our stay was when the washing machine went out. The appliances throughout the house are a bit older, but all else worked fine throughout the stay. Highly recommended, mostly for the comfort and quiet of the house and the absolutely magnificent location."
