  • Amazing Memories!

"The Ocean Pool House was everything we expected and more! The experience was perfect. We fell asleep to the sound of the waves and woke up to an ocean view and spectacular sunrises. The pictures do not do it justice. The backyard/pool area was like a postcard! We loved how the house was nestled back in the neighborhood and was so peaceful. We were told by friends that chickens were a problem in Kauai, but we never heard or saw one while at the house. It was relaxing to be able to hang out at the house if we wanted some down time, but it was close enough to local attractions, beaches and activities."

  • Great Princeville location

"The roominess and open layout of the condo was great for our family of five. The finishes are high quality and the proximity to Hanalei beaches is good. Our favorite activity was the steep walk down to Hideaways beach...not crowded, spectacular views, beautiful coral reef, and snorkeling (turtles!). The home is well equipped and we would stay again."

  • Tremendous Home Base

"Me and my wife stayed here for 4 nights and it's quite the great home base. Stunning views, of course, and a very nice interior equipped with everything you'd need. I call it a home base because that's sort of how the north side of kaua'i works. Whether you're going to hanalei or just walking down to the beach (at the St Regis or hideaway) or checking out all the other options for hiking or ziplining or whatever, it's just a solid place to come back to. Then, when you take a gander at the St Regis prices, it's even that much more attractive. Just as a couple, we thought we got a great value, and if you're going with another couple or family members, this has stellar value written all over it. All the best food is in Halalei, but having the ability to make your own gourmet meal while having that view is probably more attractive than just having a room and constantly paying Hawaii hotel prices on food. Assuming this is available, the thought of staying next door at the St Regis doesn't even cross the mind. Plus, Gary is a joy to work with. This was absolutely painless."

  • If you need more ocean in your life...

"We live on an island in a bay, so it's not as though we're land bound and ocean deprived. But this ocean view is fantastic. You don't have to go anywhere to experience Kauai. You should, of course, but you don't have to. When lounging in the living room, one of your four walls is the ocean. I was a bit hesistant about the ground floor location, but this turned out to be an asset. The Nene walk onto the porch and stare in through the screen (don't feed them). How often do you get to have an endangered bird regard you? If you come from a place of skyscrapers, traffic, and high density, this place will help unwind you."
