  • Well-stocked, comfortable home.

"The house was clean and well- equipped. The master was spacious and comfortable. The king bed was equipped with super soft sheets. The master bath was modern and super clean. The kitchen had a great blender for smoothies. All appliances well-maintained and in good working order. There was soap and other basic items like dish washer detergent which was nice because we didn't have to go shopping right away. The snorkel gear was adequate but one of the masks leaked a bit. You may want to rent your own. We rented flippers because the flippers there were sized for kids. No air conditioning which was hard to get used to at first but there are fans in every room which helped. No trouble sleeping. Foodland is in the Princeville Shopping Center just down the street. The only difficulty we experienced was trying to find the villa on our arrival. It was dark and rainy and the numbers of the villas are not illuminated and were hard to locate. A mini flashlight helped but we still fumbled around awhile before a kind passer by took pity on us and told us our villa was the second from the last group of villas before the St. Regis. Other than that the location is optimal to restaurants and activities. The views were divine. Only a short walk to two spectacular beaches ( although Hideaways beach was an adventure hiking down to). The management company was wonderful to deal with. We were permitted to stay past the check out time which was great because we had a 10pm flight. Highly recommend."

  • Great Stay

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Joe and Linda were great and made the process very easy. The Villa is situated in a great location with excellent sunset views and some of the best snorkeling right across the road. We loved coming back from a day at the beach and relaxing on the lanai while soaking in the amazing views."

  • Fabulous Princeville Villa

"We’ve stayed at this villa many times and wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else on Kauai. It is perfectly located and has everything we need and more. The owners keep the place in ship shape, and every time we stay, we find a new amenity, appliance, or upgrade. We particularly like that this is a small house, not a condo where we would be sharing walls with other (possibly noisy) renters. Another advantage is the excellent cross-ventilation afforded by windows all around. We love looking at the ocean from the front door, and walking across the street to get spectacular wide angle sunset views over the ocean. We enjoy sitting on the air swing on the lower lanai, surrounded by tropical foliage. We make use of the parsley, dill, mint and chives in the herb garden. Occasionally we’ll luck out and find a ripe pineapple too! The place is comfortable, roomy, breezy, convenient, and surrounded by beauty. It feels like home."

  • Amazing views and a perfect space for princeville!

"This spot is located literally 80 feet from the entrance of the st Regis. I was pleasantly surprised that this condo was 2 floors, upstairs with the kitchen and lanai. Downstairs is 2 bedrooms with two bathroom. No air conditioning but you don't need it as it cools down in the evening. Beverly was very responsive with any issues, via email and phone. I will definitely be back at this spot"
