  • the condo was great... met our needs perfectly

"loved the condo... nicely decorated... beautiful views. We'd defiantly rent it again! Only suggestion... the two downstairs beds are too firm..."

  • Just as gorgeous as the pictures

"We stayed in the bungalow for a week in December. The little house was just what we needed - spacious, comfortable, attractive. The view from the back porches of the mountains was amazing. From the dining area you can see the ocean completely. We used the kitchen to cook meals from food that we purchased at the nearby "Foodland", such as local fish. We could walk and see surfers and occasional whale spouting off. If you go left, toward the fancy hotel, there is a gorgeous view of Hanalei Bay. We were happy for the washer and dryer: really needed it to wash off the red dirt. Also, there were in the closet beach towels, some beach toys, and even a boogie board, which we used. I have two minor complaints: 1 the house would shake on its pillars when, I guess, someone goes up and down the stairs. That was a little disconcerting. 2 that area is 'so dark' at night and in the middle of a long-stretch of vacation development. Ok, maybe a stupid thing to complain about, but it was practically disorienting for this suburbanite. We finally memorized which was our place by where the fence across the street opened. But, overall, I was delighted with the place. The sofa was comfy, and our son slept on it with a blanket and night breezes blowing in. I miss sitting on the back porch with my coffee and listening to all the different birds, including the occasional rooster crowing. That was really wonderful, and I thank you so much!"

  • What a wonderful way to ring in the New Year - 2017!!

"This is definitely the most well appointed, attractive and well equipped property that I have rented and I have rented more than a few. I have been spoiled by all your pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, glasses for every beverage. My son and I each like to cook so your well stocked kitchen enhanced our stay and helped us to save on meals out. The organizational skills of the owners surpassed anyone I know and made our stay a dream. I could make some New Year's resolutions based on the observations that I made of house this house is set up and guidance provided as to where everything is and how to use all the wonderful amenities that are provided. Recommendations of where to go and places to see were spot on. We snorkeled at the recommended beach and saw turtles we hadn't seen in Oahu using the snorkeling equipment provided. We were comfortable in the beach chairs and the towels provided. The décor of this house is fantastic. Either the owner has supreme taste or hired an excellent interior decorator. Every day I admired a picture or wall ornament or lampshade cover that I hadn't noticed previously. The niceties that are provided to you will not be found anywhere else - every paper product imaginable, books and movies and music and all so will cared for. Lighting was great Views are heavenly. If we hadn't been heading to the Big Island I'd have been too depressed to leave. I stayed at a rental property the week prior to Kauai and then the Hilton Waikoloa afterward. Of the three, I would return to this wonderful home in Kauai without a doubt. I hope to return to this home within a couple years, sooner if possible. Paradise does not quite fully describe it."
