  • Review from a hotel snob.

"I am a bit of a hotel/vacation rental snob. Usually, I am ready to go home before the trip is over, due to the amenities at my own house. Not so much this time. The place is immaculate. The neighborhood is perfect. This is what a vacation home is supposed to look like. Hopefully, the rent will stay this reasonable...there would be no reason to use a hotel, if all rentals were listed like this. And the owners were very helpful. If you rent here, you only need to bring clothes. They have everything...even coolers and boogie boards."

  • We Absolutely Loved Our Stay!

"We loved our stay . We spent 8 nights, including Christmas Day, and couldn't have been more happy with the accommodations, the location of the unit, and all the amenities provided inside the condo. Just about anything you'd need was provided, from beach gear, to bikes, to coolers, to kitchen and laundry supplies. The property description on here was accurate, and even better in reality. The house was beautifully decorated, and very spacious and comfortable for my family of 5. It was very clean upon arrival, and the entire process from initial contact with the owner, to everything afterwards, went seamlessly well. The owner is very nice and quick to respond to any and alll of your questions. I very much hope to stay in this same unit again when we return to Kauai. We spent most of our time with my brother's family, who owns a unit in Nihilani, and spent a lot of time at Hanalei Bay, snorkeling on the St. Regis Beach just down the road, running the path of Makai Golf Club down to the St. Regis, spent a day at Princeville Ranch Adventures zipping and kayaking, went to Tunnels Beach, Glass Beach, Poipu Bay walking trail, Kauai Coffee and the Smith Family Luau in Wailua. Also checked out the Christmas village in Lihue on Christmas Eve to see Santa. Just a great trip, and the accommodations made it even better. The complex's pool and hot tub are very nice, the grounds around the complex are immaculate, it's very quiet, and the location is just great. I would highly recommend staying in Princeville, and in this unit, to anyone. It is so much better than staying at a hotel."

  • Beautiful home on the North Shore!

"This was a beautiful home for our family to enjoy while we visited Kauai. Everything we needed (except consumables) was provided and Tim did a great job communicating with us previous to our stay and provided lots of helpful hints. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of 6. I would definitely recommend this home."
