  • Wonderful home-like setting

"This was our second stay in 27a Nihilani and once again a wonderful experience. Only two little nits: the water valve in the 2nd bath did not allow a suitable flow from the shower head; the fan controls were all mixed up, turning off/on upstairs fans from the dining room control, etc. Otherwise, it is a nicely decorated and most comfortable 3 bedroom with den/study and laundry upstairs and a nicely fitted kitchen, half bath, dining and living down. I'm sure we'll try to come back again."

  • We Absolutely Loved Our Stay!

"We loved our stay . We spent 8 nights, including Christmas Day, and couldn't have been more happy with the accommodations, the location of the unit, and all the amenities provided inside the condo. Just about anything you'd need was provided, from beach gear, to bikes, to coolers, to kitchen and laundry supplies. The property description on here was accurate, and even better in reality. The house was beautifully decorated, and very spacious and comfortable for my family of 5. It was very clean upon arrival, and the entire process from initial contact with the owner, to everything afterwards, went seamlessly well. The owner is very nice and quick to respond to any and alll of your questions. I very much hope to stay in this same unit again when we return to Kauai. We spent most of our time with my brother's family, who owns a unit in Nihilani, and spent a lot of time at Hanalei Bay, snorkeling on the St. Regis Beach just down the road, running the path of Makai Golf Club down to the St. Regis, spent a day at Princeville Ranch Adventures zipping and kayaking, went to Tunnels Beach, Glass Beach, Poipu Bay walking trail, Kauai Coffee and the Smith Family Luau in Wailua. Also checked out the Christmas village in Lihue on Christmas Eve to see Santa. Just a great trip, and the accommodations made it even better. The complex's pool and hot tub are very nice, the grounds around the complex are immaculate, it's very quiet, and the location is just great. I would highly recommend staying in Princeville, and in this unit, to anyone. It is so much better than staying at a hotel."

  • Amazing Family Rental in Princeville

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely unit - Second floor that overlooks so much beauty. Close to walking paths, midway between the St Regis and Food Mart/Shopping. The floor plan is great for privacy as well as family time in the great open LR/DR/Kitchen area. Quiet, manicured lawns, great pool/BBQ area. We rented 5 units in Nihilani for our family reunion. This fit 6 people easily. The pool area was great for family potluck/BBQ's. The kids LOVED the Pool. The managers were responsive to all of our needs. Thank you!"

  • Comfortable stay for family of 7

"Very nice accommodations! We ate in a lot as a family (which saved us $$!), making use of the kitchen and nearby Foodland grocery store -- the kitchen supplied everything we needed. And it was so lovely to have breakfast or read a book on the lanai after a long day of activities. While the house has AC, two of the bedrooms are noticeably warmer (no AC vent in them) -- this was fine for us because the ceiling fans and open windows kept it cool enough for us. The location in Princeville was close to the beaches, surfing lessons, the Lighthouse, the Fish Market, and our helicopter tour which means it's a bit of a drive from other activities -- Allerton Gardens tour, Tubing adventure and LIH airport. We used the bikes and goggles. There were even water shoes that fit us -- which saved us from having to rent them on our Tubing adventure. And it's true what everyone says about the beach map in the garage -- the photos of each beach was a perfect resource for deciding which one looked good to us. I'd recommend this place to anyone travelling to Kauai. If we have the opportunity to return, we will definitely try to stay here. I'm already dreaming about Pukadog....."
