  • Perfect with all amenities! Clean, comfortable and appointed with decor that makes you feel at home.

"We enjoyed so much about this cute place. The general layout was great for a family with 2 kids, pool was lovely and never seemed crowded and the complex was centrally located. We greatly appreciated the fully stocked garage with 4 bikes, snorkel gear, boogie boards and other beach gear. Kitchen had just the right amount of basic items needed for cooking so that was really nice. The check in/out process was simple and we were so thankful for flexibility when our flight was delayed a few hours. We'd definitely stay here again."

  • Comfortable stay for family of 7

"Very nice accommodations! We ate in a lot as a family (which saved us $$!), making use of the kitchen and nearby Foodland grocery store -- the kitchen supplied everything we needed. And it was so lovely to have breakfast or read a book on the lanai after a long day of activities. While the house has AC, two of the bedrooms are noticeably warmer (no AC vent in them) -- this was fine for us because the ceiling fans and open windows kept it cool enough for us. The location in Princeville was close to the beaches, surfing lessons, the Lighthouse, the Fish Market, and our helicopter tour which means it's a bit of a drive from other activities -- Allerton Gardens tour, Tubing adventure and LIH airport. We used the bikes and goggles. There were even water shoes that fit us -- which saved us from having to rent them on our Tubing adventure. And it's true what everyone says about the beach map in the garage -- the photos of each beach was a perfect resource for deciding which one looked good to us. I'd recommend this place to anyone travelling to Kauai. If we have the opportunity to return, we will definitely try to stay here. I'm already dreaming about Pukadog....."

  • Great condo for size & money

"We found the perfect condo for our family of 5 in a very quiet community. Great location in the Princeville area along side walking trails and a beautiful golf course. Condo is nicely furnished and the kitchen is well equipped with all your needs. Enjoyed breakfast on the lanai every morning with a few Hawaiian birds. What the family found as a plus was the the snorkel gear, boogie boards and beach chairs for our use. I would stay again at the Plantation Waterfalls in Kauai!"

  • Paradise in Paradise.

"Dear Sam & Jeff. Thank you so much for allowing us to share your home on this beautiful island. The Condo was exactly as advertised. Comfortable beds and everything one would need for our 15 day stay. The Condo was bigger then expected. Our grand daughter enjoyed all the beach gear that was available, as we had a hard time keeping her out of the ocean. We enjoyed our breakfasts on the patio and the serenity surrounding the Condo. The pool and BBQ area was heaven as we BBQ'd all the time. We love the North Shore as we have stayed here several times. My husband loves playing golf at the Makai Course and was able to walk from the Condo.Touring the Island was spectacular but nice to know we had a nice place to come home to. We enjoyed eating breakfast at the St. Regis and several restaurants in Hanalei. We will definitely be back."
