  • Beautiful setting and cozy condo

"We enjoyed our stay in Hawaii in this condo. I can find nothing to complain about. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped, and outdoor patio had spectacular view. Condo was cozy and furniture was comfortable. There were beach chairs and towels provided. The owner was responsive when we needed to replace the coffee pot, and was quick to answer any questions we had. Only problem was finding it in the dark. We arrived around midnight, and had a very hard time finding it. I would suggest getting explicit directions from the owner. Anini Beach was in easy walking distance but down a very steep incline. Going down wasn't too bad but coming back up was tough. Easier to drive to Anini Beach Park. Go all the way down past the park area, to where the road turns to dirt and it's easy access and more parking. We were able to swim with turtles almost every time we were there."

  • Wonderful condo, ocean views!!!

"This is an amazing condo--all of the luxuries of home in the middle of tropical paradise! There is a fully appointed kitchen with fabulous pots and pans and knives and all of the things you need to cook a gourmet meal--even Pyrex dishes for leftovers! The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the fans throughout make sure even if it is warm outside there is always a breeze inside. Everything is clean and bright and there are clear instructions for all electronic/internet equipment. Great DVD collection for night indoors! There are so many wonderful sights close by--the Kalalau trail is only a 20 minute drive up the coast and wonderful restaurants are only a few minutes away! The ocean views from the lanai were so peaceful to wake up to and you can hear the waves crashing against the bluffs at night! The condo is clean and has a ton of natural light due to the high ceilings and open loft style master bedroom. Three lanais give a lot of outdoor living space. The pool is just across the walkway, location is just superbly convenient. And there is a short walk down to a beautiful beach perfect for relaxing. A great home base for all of our sight seeing and adventures, and a lovely place to come home to! Can't wait to go back!"

  • Look no further than Mary's condo for the place to stay in Princeville!

"This condo made our family feel right at home in this updated two bedroom two bath with a loft condo in Princeville. Mary has included all the nice little extras to make your stay more comfortable; including; two different size coolers with the blue ice packs so you don't have to worry about ice, large beach towels, snorkeling gear with mask and a snorkel, a full kitchen, a beach chair, a grill on the back lanai. The beds include two king and a full or maybe a queen in the downstairs bedroom. There are ceiling fans throughout the entire condo. It is very spacious and comfortable for our family of five, could have slept six easily. We will definitely come back here! Just wish we could have stayed longer!"

  • Great location-Great Condo

"Roy's condo was very clean, and spacious. I appreciated the way it was stocked with paper goods, salt pepper, etc. I also appreciated all the extra towels and laundry soap. (The towels were beautifully set up on the towel racks like a nice hotel) The chairs, ice chests, umbrellas were good. We had expected to have to go to Costco to buy those items. nice to have them available for the time we were there. Location was good, very quiet. We walked to the Westin and enjoyed Starbucks every morning. The walk to Anini Beach was beautiful, only a slight uphill on the way back. The beach was quiet and looked like one of the best snorkeling beaches due to the reef protecting it from large surf, good for long walks too. Princeville has the old Hawaii feel, and mai tais at Tahiti Nui are a must! Roy gave us the Aloha hospitality we were looking for, will stay there again when we return to Kauai."
