  • Excellent!

"Our stay on the North Shore in the Pu'u Po'a Unit 204 was excellent! There is very little I could say that would improve this home. Every morning you woke up to the sounds of the waves, the fun of watching the surfers, and at least once a day, the sight of a humpback whale spouting, and on more than one occasion, breaching! It was a delight. The accommodation was wonderful...we had to drive to most places for a variety of activities, which at first we thought was a hassle, but after visiting the other "shores", we felt for our quiet nature, the North Shore was the best! Not crowded, quiet, peaceful. Although the walk to the beach was a bit of a challenge, it was VERY worth it. The beach was serene, not crowded, great snorkeling, and just plain beautiful. Shopping at Princeville for groceries was easy...and great food everywhere! The shops there were fun and the people delightful! Thank you, Kevin and John for sharing this wonderful slice of heaven, and for answering my emails so promptly. Every question was answered! I loved having the washer/dryer...made packing easy...the master bedroom was very nice...would be ideal for a couple! They had all the "gadgets" to entertain and great references to read about the flora, fauna, and a little about the history of the island. We did several activities at Princeville Ranch that were excellent...the zip line was great and my husband enjoyed the three hour horseback ride where he saw a lot of beautiful country and heard a lot of local history! All in all, I would return to Unit 204 in a heartbeat! And will someday!"

  • Exceeded Expectations

"We (2 couples) stayed here for 5 nights in early March 2017. This perfectly located condominium exceeded our expectations. The online descriptions and pictures were accurate but didn’t really capture the fabulous view and the spacious, well-stocked condo. The residence was modern, quiet, clean, neat and comfortable. The owners stock nearly all the amenities in ample quantities. It’s also very convenient to several beaches, Hanalei, good restaurants, an outstanding boat trip to the Na Pali Coast, and even grocery shopping. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this property to any Kauai visitor."

  • A great spot in a great condo!

"Gary, Thank you so much for the opportunity to rent your condo for a week, we all had a great time and hope to do it again soon. The condo was well appointed with everything we could possibly need, all we had to do was head to the market and stock up on food and we were good to go. The condo was a great place to come home to and relax after long days of sightseeing and activities, being able to fire up the grill and have a wonderful meal on the patio overlooking the beach was fantastic. We also really appreciated the air conditioning, we did not use it much but it did help us get a restful nights sleep on the very comfortable bed! The beach in front of the property was great too and not a bad trek down the trail as long as you have two hands available so wearing a back pack was a must but well worth the effort. For future renters, if you shop at Foodland just give them a phone number when checking out, no card required, and you will get the discounts. I highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to rent it again in the future. Regards, John Cadia Park City, UT USA"
