  • Excited to be back ad can't wait to get back

"Second trip to condo on North shore. We love it here and were "home" as soon as we walked in. It's been 3 days and we can't wait to get back. It's the perfect spot for seclusion and relaxation but minutes from what you really need. Always a pleasure to rent from owners who care and make things easy. Most definitely will be back to our home away from home soon."

  • Fantastic view, needs some updates

"The view is SPECTACULAR. The place is outdated but it gave it a fun retro feel. However, the couch was AWEFUL. It really needs replaced as well as some of the pillows. We were so pleased with the location that we let it go and appreciated the opportunity to be there. It is very hot and humid and being in the condo during the day is not recommended. We would of liked to avoid that but my husband got very sick and we were condo confined for 2 days. Some type of air conditioning would be ideal however I don't know the sea lodge regulations. We gave this a 4 out of 5 because seriously, that view though. Thank you for the chance to stay in your little slice of paradise."

  • Beautiful Breezes from the Hawaiian Sea

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with our accommodations at the Sealodge E6. We had view of the pool to check before heading that way, and the unit was spotlessly clean. It looked like it had fresh paint and all the appliances were nicely appointed. We had a great stay on the North Shore and this beautiful condo was a big portion of the reason why. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay on the North Shore. We left another chair and an umbrella we bought on our stay prior to checking in when we were on the south end of the island, enjoy the addtion to the 3 chairs already on site!"

  • Amazing views, great location.

"Firstly, Linda was great. We weren't exactly the most communicative guests, but she checked in on us several times before the trip to make sure we had all the information and tips for Kauai that we needed, and then she checked in again on our arrival day to make sure that everything in the property was good to go (it was). The condo has all the basic amenities you'd want (cable, wifi, kitchen with plenty of dishes to use for eating in, beach equipment, etc.). Everything was clean and ready to go. The view from the condo is incredible. First pic here is through the living room window, second just outside the window. You can basically see the ocean, Anini Beach (I think), and the surf hitting the reef from any window, and the trade winds blowing in were great for sitting by the window and relaxing. We also got some visitors (geese, chickens, anoles) that were pretty fun to watch moving around outside. The condo is also a quick drive from Princeville's shopping center and Hanalei Town/Bay, all of which make for great eating or relaxing and swimming (Pink's Ice Cream is amazing). We also did a bit of driving around to go to Waimea Canyon, the Kalalau Trail (to Hanakapi'ai falls-- we're not impressive enough for the full trail!), Kapa'a, Kalihiwai Beach, and Eleele for a Na Pali sailing cruise, and it never felt too inconvenient going from Princeville to those places. It's a bit of a drive out to the south shore if you're going multiple days in a row, but not too bad, and the views on the drive are still great. The only negative, which wasn't really much of a problem, is that sometimes folks walk in front of the condo, and with the windows open for a breeze (a must IMO), it feels a little lacking in privacy. There are big curtains that can be drawn with the windows open, though they blow around a lot if they're not tucked aside. We decided pretty quickly that it was much better to have the views than worry about passersby, and it was still a pretty rare occurrence anyway. So overall, a great rental, great owner, incredible views. Highly recommended."
