  • Simply Perfect!

"We loved this unit as well as the Hanalei Bay Resort. The resort makes check-in and check-out easy and the resort amenities such as golf cart rides to the beach leave you feeling pampered. Great food is also easily accessible from the resort. For example, The Dolphin and Bar Acuda are excellent places to eat within ten minutes of the resort. The condo was new, clean, and comfortable. The large living area and kitchen are the perfect place to relax after exploring the beautiful Garden Island. The view of the bay is fantastic from the very private lanai. The local art adds culture and sophistication to the Hawaiian appropriate decor. The owner is prompt, professional, and keeps a beautiful and welcoming condo. Mahalo to Lisa and all the great staff at the Hanalei Bay Resort."

  • Perfect Choice in Princeville!

"My family and I had an amazing 3 week vacation in Kauai. Kelley was so helpful and easy to work with , and Princeville was the perfect location! The North Shore is where you want to be and the condo provided a wonderful home base for us. It is spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything you need. It was so nice to have beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, boogie boards, snorkels & fins. The washer/dryer made life easy and we did a good job not packing very much. The pool at the condo complex is beautiful and a wonderful place to relax after your morning excursion. The blender was used every day while we prepared our tropical smoothies. Our kids had a blast. Thanks to Kelley for making everything so easy. We hope to come back!"

  • Pu'u Poa Paradise

"This condo has extreme serenity in every corner. Between the mountain views/ breezes and dolphin sightings off the lanai, there was always something to sweep the stress away. The kitchen is well stocked (even with spices) and has all the necessary amenities to feel comfortable. There is a wonderful walkable snorkel beach but is close to many others by car. This condo is extremely private! We only saw other guests once. We will definitely return soon for tranquility, beauty and rest."

  • Best place we ever rented

"This outstanding property looked like it had been professionally furnished. It was exquisite. The kitchen was a chef's dream come true, the chairs and sofas were of the highest quality, the wall hangings were wonderfully thought out, and to top it off, the MB mattress was heaven. The Puu Poa property is the very last property in Princeville before you get to the end-of-the-road, (and best view in Princeville) St. Regis hotel. As far as we could tell, there was not a better location for a condo inside of Princeville. In fact, we were watching tv one night, looking at local real estate listings. This condo had a neighbor selling theirs in the 1.35 million range. At that price, the weekly rental was a bargain. Behind the property is a very fun and challenging climb to one of the nicest beaches we've ever visited. It's very small and remote, so it felt like we had it to ourselves and a few others. Wear your backup shoes and clothes down the hill. That red mud is nearly impossible to wash off. The unit had very cleverly placed shudders, so we could enjoy cool breezes and hear waves crashing without sun shining in the BR in the morning. Paul has quite the AV setup if you get rained out, or desire nighttime TV. We continued our House of Cards marathon at nights during our stay, utilizing Paul's Netflix account. It appeared that he had other providers (Amazon?) as well. I can't say enough about this unit and Paul's hospitality as well. Paul as well as his unit #304 at Puu Poa made for an absolutely enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this property!"
