  • Clean, everything you need

"1525 was priced right, had a functional little kitchen (with a full sized fridge), and allowed access to all that Princeville has to offer. Sure, the 1000 building is the kind of motel of HBR, but who wants to spend all your time in the room in Kauai?! Internet worked, TV was large and functional, and there was all kinds of cookware available. They've re-opened the pool and the Lana'i bar, which is a plus since the last time I was at HBR."

  • Paradise!

"We came to Kauai to get married on the beach with our three daughters and this was the perfect home base! The most impressive part of this condo is the view- you can't beat it! The perfect place to eat breakfast and listen to the birds and look out over the ocean -typically with a rainbow- is on that lanai. I've never stayed in a more magical place. Our kids loved the loft and having the high ceilings made the condo feel huge! The beds were so comfortable like sleeping on clouds! The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots and pans. There were lots of ice chests, beach chairs, tennis rackets and balls, ect. I couldn't be happier with our condo choice!"

  • Relaxing and Comfy

"The unit my husband and I stayed in was 7101, which is like a studio. It was perfect for the two of us, we didn't really spend much time inside. What I liked about this unit is that it was the farthest from the parking lot, pool activity, tennis courts, and restaurant/eatery. The only foot traffic was that of the adjoining unit and it felt more secluded and private. As this unit was farthest, it was quite a hike up hill to the car, pool, and other areas of the resort. If you are a smoker, the only smoking that is allowed on the resort property is one section of the parking lot. I don't smoke, which was no big deal for myself, but if you do smoke, then it may be an inconvenience. I didn't mind the semi steep incline. For those who would mind, there is golf cart service to pick you up and drop you off, which was nice when carrying groceries or luggage. The unit had beach accessories, microwave, and mini fridge. The pool area had three BBQ grills, a regular stove/oven, fridge - very easy to accommodate cooking your own regular meals. The lanai provided a very nice private view. The only negative would be very thin walls. We could hear every word spoken in the attached unit. Thankfully, our neighbors were respectful in the evening. Free wifi is available in the unit, if you follow the instructions for connecting provided by the resort. Communication was pleasant and very easy with Lisa. We enjoyed our five day stay, the privacy and view of this location, and would return again."
