  • They thought of everything!

"This condo is a little gem, and it made our stay so enjoyable. We were there for a family wedding, and most of the family stayed at an expensive nearby hotel. We were so happy that for a fraction of the price, we had a significantly better experience. The condo was not only lovely and affordable, it had all the conveniences we needed: beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and all the basics in the kitchen. They really did think of everything someone heading to the beach would want. We also loved having the two lanais, and the breeze that was flowing constantly through the condo was wonderful. The location on the north shore is also great, as we love the atmosphere up there and all the great snorkeling beaches (Tunnels in particular!). Thanks very much to the owners. We loved it and hope to be back one day!"

  • Best place we ever rented

"This outstanding property looked like it had been professionally furnished. It was exquisite. The kitchen was a chef's dream come true, the chairs and sofas were of the highest quality, the wall hangings were wonderfully thought out, and to top it off, the MB mattress was heaven. The Puu Poa property is the very last property in Princeville before you get to the end-of-the-road, (and best view in Princeville) St. Regis hotel. As far as we could tell, there was not a better location for a condo inside of Princeville. In fact, we were watching tv one night, looking at local real estate listings. This condo had a neighbor selling theirs in the 1.35 million range. At that price, the weekly rental was a bargain. Behind the property is a very fun and challenging climb to one of the nicest beaches we've ever visited. It's very small and remote, so it felt like we had it to ourselves and a few others. Wear your backup shoes and clothes down the hill. That red mud is nearly impossible to wash off. The unit had very cleverly placed shudders, so we could enjoy cool breezes and hear waves crashing without sun shining in the BR in the morning. Paul has quite the AV setup if you get rained out, or desire nighttime TV. We continued our House of Cards marathon at nights during our stay, utilizing Paul's Netflix account. It appeared that he had other providers (Amazon?) as well. I can't say enough about this unit and Paul's hospitality as well. Paul as well as his unit #304 at Puu Poa made for an absolutely enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this property!"

  • INCREDIBLE

"Our family was able to stay at this GORGEOUS condo last month and it was a DREAM! Tarek was so accommodating and very quick to respond with our questions/needs. The condo fit our family of 6 perfectly (17 yr old, 15 yr old, 9 yr old & 8 yr old). The beds are comfy, the bathrooms are amazing, kitchen is well appointed and the lanai and views were BREATHTAKING! Our only regret is only staying for 3 nights...we spent our next 5 nights in Poi Pu at another beautiful VRBO listing and while we loved it, we kept saying how we should have stayed longer in the North! We can not wait to return someday!!"
