  • Incredible time

"The rental was exactly what we were looking for. We spent half our time on the south shore and then the latter half in Princeville. We were all glad that we stayed in Princeville later because the condo was so much nicer. There were four of us staying - myself, my wife and two teenage kids. We all had plenty of space and it was just a pleasure to spend time in the condo. We would often go out in the morning, come back for lunch and rest a bit, then go back out again. It was located close to many of the beaches so it was easy to get there and back. The condo also came equipped with some bikes so we were able to ride around in Princeville a bit and visit some beaches that lacked adequate parking. We really enjoyed the condo."

  • Beautiful Place in Princeville!

"My family and I spent a wonderful 11 days in this beautifully appointed condo at Puu Poa. #302 has everything you could possibly need for a fantastic visit in Kauai - no need to buy all the extras for going to the beach - everything is here for you to use, snorkel equipment, straw mats, beach towels, cooler, umbrellas, noodles! : ) The furnishings in this home are out of this world, a kitchen that is well equipped and the whole place just says "Welcome"! Lots of space here. Sitting directly above Hideaway Beach and next door to the St. Regis Hotel, you will spend your time out on the lanai overlooking the ocean (day AND night) and are just a short drive away from the gorgeous north shore beaches and lovely Hanalei. I highly recommend a drink at the St. Regis bar at sunset! This was my first trip to Kauai and it did not disappoint. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home for a vacation we'll never forget!"

  • The Tiki Tower is truly a tropical PARADISE!

"Wow! What a wonderful place to stay. The Tiki Tower is beautifully decorated and the ocean view from the living room on the top floor is spectacular! The furniture is very comfortable for relaxing with a nice ocean breeze off of the balcony. Very nice pool and tropical walk to the beach. Walking distance to the Princeville shopping center, restaurants and grocery store . We also took advantage of the snorkel gear, beach towels, umbrellas, etc. The owner was very nice and provided us with all kinds information on what to do on the island. I will definitely being stay here again and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for an excellent place to stay for such a reasonable price."

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was are first experience staying in the Princeville area. The area is beautiful and the accommodations were very comfortable although is more a three bedroom house then a four since the fourth room consisted of two bunk beds only big enough for kids. We loved the view from the lanai overlooking the golf course and the ocean beyond. Everyone enjoyed the easy access to the pool. It was great to have the laundry facilities and the majority of the major appliances were great, although they could improve on the coffee maker (small issue). The beach furniture could be updated as well since they had seen better days. The property management company was accommodating when contacted for any questions or additional items (more propane for bar-q). There is noise from the main street but not anything that didn't bother us. The roosters at sunrise, now that's another issue and the dog next dog did have his moments. All and all it was a very comfortable house and a beautiful location. Aloha."
