  • Great place!

"At first we weren't sure about this rental because there was only one other little review on this particular unit but it met and even exceeded our expectations. This is a main floor unit that's very spacious with quality furniture and views of the ocean from practically every room due to the layout. It should be noted though that this unit does not have a lanai but some plastic chairs are stacked outside the patio doors for you to sit outside should you choose. They also provided a number of recreational equipment such as boogie boards, water shoes, beach toys and more. Perhaps the beach chairs could be replaced as we chose to use the beach towels instead. The location is fantastic because it's very accessible to the heated pool that overlooks the ocean as well as the path that leads to the popular snorkeling spot called Hideaway beach. The 10 minute hike down was quite enjoyable but care needs to be taken if going with little ones. Also Kelly at Sotheby's Oceanfront Realty whom we booked with addressed every question and concern we had so we had a very pleasant booking experience. They were also was quick to respond when we had to call one evening looking for the outlet in which to plug the BBQ. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would stay here again!"

  • Spectacular mountain view, well stocked

"Loved the location, a short walk to magical "Hideaways" beach which is great for swimming and snorkeling. Quiet, peaceful. Step outside your front door to watch the sun set over the ocean (in the summer only). Stargazing any time it's clear. Rain is frequent in Kauai; be prepared. Do the Napali hike (first two miles) but bring Keens or similar "river" sandals as hiking on this island is MUDDY. House had everything, even a ukelele and discount cards for the local grocery store (Foodland in Princeville). Best stocked VRBO we've ever stayed in. Delighted to find a rice cooker, electric skillet, blender. Beach gear, too. Most unexpected delight: the view from the back patios (upper and lower) is simply spectacular. The golf course is mostly hidden by forest, and the mountains fill the scene. I could've sat there all day. We did have one significant issue and contacted the homeowner, who responded promptly and had it immediately taken care of. Highly recommend this property."

  • Perfect for a few nights on the north shore

"Great view from the lanai. Good location for those who want to hike the Na Pali, swim in Hanalei Bay or at Anini Beach, or golf the course next door. The condo had plenty for those who want to do breakfasts and lunches themselves and dinners out. Good value for the money."

  • Great stay!

"Beautiful view. Lots of cute birds including a specific, identifiable pair that visited our balcony daily. Lovely resort - relaxed, non-pretentious, but very nice with great sunset views over Hanalei Bay. Milo was a great host. We had an issue with the air conditioner and he was communicated quickly to help us take care of the problem. The room was comfy and had all the amenities we needed. Wish there was a dresser for to unpack our suitcases, but we managed. It was the perfect location and resort for us. We will definitely be staying in this room again! Thanks Milo!"
