"We recently stayed here as part of our Honeymoon trip to Hawaii. The property was just as described and the resort was beautiful. The pool and the beach were fabulous and the resort staff friendly helping you to get where you needed to go. The condo had everything we needed from beach gear to all kitchen appliances and even when there was a slight hiccup with a coffee pot that wasn't working all it took was one quick call and we had a replacement. Great place and we would definitely stay again!"

"We just returned for a 10 day stay. This was our first trip to the North Shore of Kauai and we loved every bit of it. Everything was perfect for our group of 3 adults & 3 kids. Plenty of beach & snorkel gear to go around. Fully equipped kitchen, lots of towels, well maitained and clean. Bike rides through the area is a must. The views from atop the resort are stunning. We did frequent visits to Hanalei which is a 5-10 min drive away. So many shops and local places to eat here. Annini Beach is a 10 min drive south, well worth seeing with a very nice, soft, sandy beach. We scored some fresh Ahi from a fisherman across the street here. The Beach out front of St Regis was great with lots of reefs to snorkel around. And though not a guest of the resort, you can get an outside table for a drink & lunch. Not a bad walk, but If you drive , Parking here is very limited, we valet parked (Free, but tip the attendant) at the St Regis and hauled our chairs and beach gear down the trail - entrance just left of the entrance booth. Be prepared for a stair climb down, and back up. Worth every step. Cannot say enough about this house and the Princeville area. The only thing that would prevent us from booking this again would if we did not have enough people to utilize the space."

"Our family of six (parents, two adult children and their spouses) for a week. The location is fabulous as noted in the description and other reviews. The gourmet cook in our group was able to do what she wanted in the kitchen. The on-site manager Michelle was helpful. However, there is a reason rates for this condo are less than other Princeville properties--the place is a bit run-down. Expect windows that are hard to crank, a roof that leaked onto a hallway carpet when it rained, kitchen cupboards that don't close properly--that kind of thing. We were looking forward to using beach chairs, snorkel equipment, and bicycles--but found that they weren't all usable. If you're OK with that, this is a wonderful place. It was perfect for our family reunion."
