  • We Absolutely Loved Our Stay!

"We loved our stay . We spent 8 nights, including Christmas Day, and couldn't have been more happy with the accommodations, the location of the unit, and all the amenities provided inside the condo. Just about anything you'd need was provided, from beach gear, to bikes, to coolers, to kitchen and laundry supplies. The property description on here was accurate, and even better in reality. The house was beautifully decorated, and very spacious and comfortable for my family of 5. It was very clean upon arrival, and the entire process from initial contact with the owner, to everything afterwards, went seamlessly well. The owner is very nice and quick to respond to any and alll of your questions. I very much hope to stay in this same unit again when we return to Kauai. We spent most of our time with my brother's family, who owns a unit in Nihilani, and spent a lot of time at Hanalei Bay, snorkeling on the St. Regis Beach just down the road, running the path of Makai Golf Club down to the St. Regis, spent a day at Princeville Ranch Adventures zipping and kayaking, went to Tunnels Beach, Glass Beach, Poipu Bay walking trail, Kauai Coffee and the Smith Family Luau in Wailua. Also checked out the Christmas village in Lihue on Christmas Eve to see Santa. Just a great trip, and the accommodations made it even better. The complex's pool and hot tub are very nice, the grounds around the complex are immaculate, it's very quiet, and the location is just great. I would highly recommend staying in Princeville, and in this unit, to anyone. It is so much better than staying at a hotel."

  • Beautiful condo and it DOES have a view!

"The condo is great with a beautiful view of the ocean from the lanai. I loved the Princeville area! The owners, Bob and Jane, went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. The helicopter ride and zipline is a must when visiting Kauai. I also hiked down to Queen's Bath! What an experience that was! You need to Bing the Queen's Bath to see what I mean. Close by is Hanalei Bay which has lots of restaurants and shops. The Cliffs at Princeville is a beautiful place with a great view of the ocean. The only complaint is the crowing of the roosters at dawn. I could have done without that! I really think they should get their chicken population under control or it will look like Key West in another 10 years!"

  • Amazing place and location!

"Walter, can't thank you enough for sharing your wonderful property with my family of 4 (inc 2 young adult kids). I have to say that we were impressed from the minute we walked through the front door! The first thing out of my son's mouth was: "Do we really have to leave this place?" It was night when we arrived so we did not know what the view was going to really be like until morning. What a way to wake up!! We only had 4 nights in your property, but wished for more... It was so very comfortable. We usually have trouble sleeping for the first couple of nights on a trip, but the beds were so wonderful that we had no issues at all. The sounds of the ocean, not far away, were lulling us to sleep, and wishing us a good day when we awoke. The back bedroom, although smaller than the master, was adequate for my kids, even though they are opposite genders, and the breeze coming in their room through the windows was FANTASTIC! I almost wanted to sleep in there! Everything we needed was provided, and it was such a welcoming home to come back to after a long rigorous day of hiking the Na Pali Coast. I am so sorry that I never found the time to write in your guest book. I had fully intended to. I hope you print this and include it for other guests to read. You have a real slice of heaven there, and I hope that you have the chance to use it yourself every now and again. Thank you for all of the information that you sent us as well ahead of time. All the info on golf courses and restaurants really came in handy! My son and I got to play the Makai course one day while my husband and daughter enjoyed the shops and galleries in Hanalei. Although the sand traps were utterly frustrating, we enjoyed every minute of our time playing together and taking pictures of the stunning views from the course! I hope someday to return again...Hawaii has been in my soul since I was 9 years old, and I think this trip cemented the same into my children. Mahalo nui loa!"

  • Jeff and Laurel's Stay

"We loved staying at the home. The home was extremely clean. They even left us beautiful leis on the kitchen counter. We were on Kaui to attend our youngest son's wedding. With all the cooking we needed to do the spacious kitchen was wonderfull. I don't think I have seen such a well stocked and beautiful kitchen. It even had a Kitchen Aid stand mixer!! The views were wonderful, we would wake up in the morning open the blinds and lay in bed and enjoy the beauty of the mountains and rainbows. In the evening we would sit on the lanai and enjoy the view of Hanale Bay, if was wonerful. The home was spacious and well appointed.. The highlights of our trip were of course the beautiful wedding which took place at Kalihiwai beach, the boat ride out of Hanalei bay to the Napali coast was awsome and the helicopter ride ou t of Princeville was unbeliveable. Hope to stay again next year. Aloha, Laurel"
