  • Incredible location

"Our family of 6 went to Kauai for 2 weeks and stayed here in this house for 4 nights at the end. We truly saved the best for last! It was a great location, right on the beach. The huge windows let us look out at the surf and across at Hanalei Bay in the distance. There was great snorkeling right out the back door and Tunnels was within walking distance (although a decent walk in the sand). We used the grill one night for a cookout and enjoyed the constant sound of the waves and wind. We hope to go back to Kauai on a regular basis and when we do, this house would definitely be a place we would stay again!"

  • Absolutely amazing

"Everything is clean, new, well thought out to provide refreshing breezes throughout the day. Everything you need to enjoy your time in Kauai is provided (beach towels, snorkeling gear, chairs, etc). This place is paradises paradise. You can tell that the owners aloha spirit is infused in every part of the property. From the little birds nest (perfect for my 13 year old nephew) to the cottage that comfortably housed my sister, her husband, and 9 year old, to the main house where we all gathered in the morning and evenings, everything, I mean everything surpassed any expectations we had. The cat chuchee is the most gentle soul. She just hangs out on the lanai resting at your feet providing an extra sense of homeyness. If you ever get a chance to stay here. Do it. You will have lasting memories of the aloha spirit that will last a lifetime. I hope to be able to stay here again."

  • Kauai Hideaway

"Perfectly located at the far end of the north coast, and a short walk to several bustiful beaches, this is a perfect place for those who want to be a bit off the grid but desire very pleasant surroundings. TheHouse is wel-equipped, with a wonderful lanai that allows you to combine life at the shore with a view of the mountains."

  • The most idyllic natural setting – an absolute gem in the hidden heart of Kauai's North Shore

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Red Ginger Hale on Kauai’s North Shore. It really is one of the most spectacular settings we have come across on our travels. The property is a stunning oasis buried in the rainforest. The surrounds are endlessly green with a sleepy atmosphere and the unit itself is retreat-like with comfortable furnishings, soft day beds, an expansive dining space and large windows throughout that face the beautiful greenery and nearby mountains. We honestly could have spent all four days just enjoying the serenity of the space. Just a note that the road to Red Ginger is a dirt road, full of potholes. We found it to be a fun and adventurous drive, but it was a challenge in our small economy-sized rental car. A Jeep or 4WD would handle the terrain far better. This really is a dream location and we would return tomorrow if we could!"
