  • Incredible time

"The rental was exactly what we were looking for. We spent half our time on the south shore and then the latter half in Princeville. We were all glad that we stayed in Princeville later because the condo was so much nicer. There were four of us staying - myself, my wife and two teenage kids. We all had plenty of space and it was just a pleasure to spend time in the condo. We would often go out in the morning, come back for lunch and rest a bit, then go back out again. It was located close to many of the beaches so it was easy to get there and back. The condo also came equipped with some bikes so we were able to ride around in Princeville a bit and visit some beaches that lacked adequate parking. We really enjoyed the condo."

  • Good deal

"Our family of six (parents, two adult children and their spouses) for a week. The location is fabulous as noted in the description and other reviews. The gourmet cook in our group was able to do what she wanted in the kitchen. The on-site manager Michelle was helpful. However, there is a reason rates for this condo are less than other Princeville properties--the place is a bit run-down. Expect windows that are hard to crank, a roof that leaked onto a hallway carpet when it rained, kitchen cupboards that don't close properly--that kind of thing. We were looking forward to using beach chairs, snorkel equipment, and bicycles--but found that they weren't all usable. If you're OK with that, this is a wonderful place. It was perfect for our family reunion."

  • Loved it!!!!!

"This was our families first experience staying at a VRBO and we had a fantastic experience! The home is gorgeous with a spectacular view of the mountain. The accommodations were more than comfortable for our family of five. The house is extremely well equipped for cooking and had beach chairs & boogie boards to use which our kids loved. It is a short walk to the beach and the house is located close to many of the sights and the town of Hanalei Bay. We had a few issues pop up and Joanne had them taken care of that day. She also booked an amazing helicopter tour for us. She was awesome! All in all our trip to Hanalei was a trip to remember. We highly recommend staying here."

  • Location location location

"Wow! This was the best vacation spot ever! I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a quiet relaxing place with a stunning view of the ocean and only steps from a sparsely populated beach with good swimming and snorkeling. It is a great place to hang out- inside the house, on the beach and in the yard with the ocean view. I have stayed at Anini beach many times but this was the first time in this house and it was the best! There were good beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and snorkels. Its simple and beautiful. Definitely important to know that the bedrooms are separated by windows that support the ventilation so its find for a couple and their children or two single friends. If you are wanting to be around civilization and restaurants and activities, this is probably not the place for you but then maybe another island would be a better choice. I can't wait to go back!!!"
