  • Terrific Kauai condo

"My family had an amazing time in this beautiful condo. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. Excellent communication with Paul and so considerate. Terrific experience. We miss hearing the waves crashing at night. Highly recommend."

  • The best condo in the best location in Kauai

"Fantastic property. The spacious, luxurious condominium had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Princeville. The owner provided great service with clear instructions and informative guide to make the most of our holiday. Awesome vista from the bedroom windows and lanai. There's nothing like going to sleep with the sound of the Pacific ocean. The condo was clean, with the comforts of the home and fitted out with all you could ever need for a enjoyable and memorable stay in Princeville. I would absolutely stay again and cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you David and Cate."

  • Amazing views, great location.

"Firstly, Linda was great. We weren't exactly the most communicative guests, but she checked in on us several times before the trip to make sure we had all the information and tips for Kauai that we needed, and then she checked in again on our arrival day to make sure that everything in the property was good to go (it was). The condo has all the basic amenities you'd want (cable, wifi, kitchen with plenty of dishes to use for eating in, beach equipment, etc.). Everything was clean and ready to go. The view from the condo is incredible. First pic here is through the living room window, second just outside the window. https://i.imgur.com/oaEKj6g.jpg https://i.imgur.com/6sg8ZLj.jpg You can basically see the ocean, Anini Beach (I think), and the surf hitting the reef from any window, and the trade winds blowing in were great for sitting by the window and relaxing. We also got some visitors (geese, chickens, anoles) that were pretty fun to watch moving around outside. The condo is also a quick drive from Princeville's shopping center and Hanalei Town/Bay, all of which make for great eating or relaxing and swimming (Pink's Ice Cream is amazing). We also did a bit of driving around to go to Waimea Canyon, the Kalalau Trail (to Hanakapi'ai falls-- we're not impressive enough for the full trail!), Kapa'a, Kalihiwai Beach, and Eleele for a Na Pali sailing cruise, and it never felt too inconvenient going from Princeville to those places. It's a bit of a drive out to the south shore if you're going multiple days in a row, but not too bad, and the views on the drive are still great. The only negative, which wasn't really much of a problem, is that sometimes folks walk in front of the condo, and with the windows open for a breeze (a must IMO), it feels a little lacking in privacy. There are big curtains that can be drawn with the windows open, though they blow around a lot if they're not tucked aside. We decided pretty quickly that it was much better to have the views than worry about passersby, and it was still a pretty rare occurrence anyway. So overall, a great rental, great owner, incredible views. Highly recommended."

  • Princeville Gem

"Four of us stayed in this wonderful condo overlooking the pristine Pacific. Beach, kitchen amenities galore and a wonderful window seat from which to watch the waves. Great walking trail about .05 miles from condo, takes you to shops and restaurants. With the windows open, you'll be lulled to sleep by the crashing of the waves. Clean, comfortable and a convenient location from which we could start our hike on the infamous trail in Hanalei."
