  • Wonderful little home, close to beach and town

"My family (including myself, my husband, my adult sister, and my one-year-old son) stayed at this property in May 2016 and overall were incredibly pleased. The home is fairly simple, but is cute, clean, well equipped, and in a fantastic location! For the price, you really can't beat the home's proximity to both Hanalei Bay and Hanalei town -- very easy and convenient to walk to both. The house is a nice size for a group of four; everyone in our party had sufficient space and felt very comfortable. An extra bonus, the home is well equipped with kids' stuff (pack-n-play, booster seat, beach toys), which we appreciated. The management and housekeeper were both responsive and great to work with. The only potential downside to be aware of is that there is another house right next door (on the same property and under the same management) and sound travels (you can hear everything and vice versa). This wasn't a big problem for us, but I imagine it could be an issue if there was a rowdy group next door. Overall, this is a great little home. We'd come back in a heartbeat. Book it - you won't be disappointed!!"

  • Beautiful condo and it DOES have a view!

"The condo is great with a beautiful view of the ocean from the lanai. I loved the Princeville area! The owners, Bob and Jane, went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. The helicopter ride and zipline is a must when visiting Kauai. I also hiked down to Queen's Bath! What an experience that was! You need to Bing the Queen's Bath to see what I mean. Close by is Hanalei Bay which has lots of restaurants and shops. The Cliffs at Princeville is a beautiful place with a great view of the ocean. The only complaint is the crowing of the roosters at dawn. I could have done without that! I really think they should get their chicken population under control or it will look like Key West in another 10 years!"

  • So sad to leave

"We escaped the winter weather of central Canada (Manitoba) and arrived around 4am, our time at the villa. After stumbling around in the dark we found the right place and settled in and the next morning we woke up in a lush paradise. An absolute pleasure to wake up each morning to watch the sun rise over the mountains and golf course. We hiked most of the trails and did lots of snorkelling, our favourite places were hideaway beach and the St. Regis beach, both of which are a short walk from the villa. We will miss this beautiful place as we return to ice and snow."

  • Great condo for size & money

"We found the perfect condo for our family of 5 in a very quiet community. Great location in the Princeville area along side walking trails and a beautiful golf course. Condo is nicely furnished and the kitchen is well equipped with all your needs. Enjoyed breakfast on the lanai every morning with a few Hawaiian birds. What the family found as a plus was the the snorkel gear, boogie boards and beach chairs for our use. I would stay again at the Plantation Waterfalls in Kauai!"
