  • Honeymoon cottage

"A peaceful, secluded cottage close to Anini Beach. The perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach and Kauai. We would definitely return if the opportunity arises in the future."

  • Nihilani Stay

"We used to live in Kauai and actually lived in the Nihilani Condos. We read a few of the reviews about this property and were apprehensive but the pictures seemed great and had a good feeling about it. It exceeded all our expectations. The one poor review was so exaggerated. I'm a pretty picky person and I love, loved the place. It was perfect for our family. Very clean and had everything we needed. We traveled with our 6 month old and I was nervous but I felt at home. I was concerned about using pack n play and high chair but they were clean! My husband and brother n law played with my niece in the pool everyday and we did our grocery shopping at foodland and made breakfast everyday and was close to Lapperts to get an evening ice cream. It was also nice to do laundry when needed. We will most definitely return to this condo again in the near future. Mahalo"

  • Great location in Hanalei Bay!

"The location of this house is perfect- 2 minutes to stores and dining, 5 minutes walk time to Hanalei Bay. Nice house and furnishings in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of beach stuff in the garage, with a lanai on both front and back of the house. Joan was a dream to work with and very attentive to questions and requests. The Blue Dolphin is a terrific restaurant and we enjoyed a boat tour of the Napali coast, the Kilauea Lighthouse, the Hindu Monastery and Kingdom in Kapaa, hiking to the Hanalei lookout, golfing in Princeville, and visiting a variety of beaches on the North shore. The setting is perfect, great house, my only complaint is the mosquitos! We would definitely recommend this home to friends!"

  • Perfect Kauai Getaway

"We stayed here for our honeymoon on Kauai and could not have picked a better place. My wife loved the fact that it was on an organic farm and loved having the trees everywhere. Lisa, our landlord, was super accommodating and provided us with the best coconut water we've ever had, organic milks and snacks, fresh fruit, and some awesome coffee. The outdoor shower and tub were great too! For visitors from the mainland, know that this is Hawaii and you are in a more treed and moist area which means you get some mosquitos, cockroaches, and spiders. If you make sure to close the doors, they stay outside and I'd suggest mosquito repellent to those who don't like mosquitos. The nights provided a nice breeze so although there is no AC, the temperature was always great. For future renters who are looking to get away from the city life, find a cute small place for just the two of you or just you, have a home located centrally between Lihue and Hanalei, and just want to relax with your fresh cup of coconut water or coffee and a tray of delicious fruit, THIS IS YOUR VACATION RENTAL. Thank you Lisa!"
