  • Amazing

"Amazing! Beautiful location with incredible view. Condo was clean and had most of the basic needs. The only thing I would change is the view from the lanai was restricted when sitting down by overgrown bushes below. Laundry in the room was great also. This was a peaceful place to regroup!"

  • Great location and wonderful accomodation

"My wife and I enjoyed our 6 night vacation at the condo very much. The condo is exactly as it is shown. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well laid out. Lots of towels and the kitchen is very well equipped. The unit has a wonderful lanai with a view of the water and the Prince Kukio park next to the condo building - a great place to eat meals. One of the Kauai's best restaurants, the Beach House, is literally across the street from the condo building. The sun sets are spectacular and best viewed from the lawn in front of the restaurant with your favorite beer or cocktail in hand of course! The Brazilian Ring necked Parakeets roost in the trees around the condo buildings and every evening and morning you are privy to an amazing display of organized chaos as the birds call out to each other and find that one perfect stop to roost - truly a sight to behold!"

  • Fabulous Stay

"Our family stayed here for 5 nights and loved it. Would definitely book this property again. The accommodations were comfortable and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the decor in the sitting areas and the spaces were ample for our family of 4. I echo the sentiments of another reviewer regarding the outdated kitchen and bathrooms. That being said, it wouldn't prevent us from booking this property again. The location can't be beat in that there are markets nearby as well as a Starbucks. Convenient to Waimea Valley and Port Allen for water excursions. Also very close to the airport--compared to Princeville--which is a bonus."

  • Best location EVER!

"My family of 5 stayed at this unit over spring break in March 2016, and we are sure happy we did! Directly across from the ocean (about 20 steps) and the crashing waves will lull you to sleep every night. The unit itself is very well cared for, clean, updated very nicely, and simply the best location in the entire complex. The salt water pool is steps away, and the best beach ever is in front of the Sheraton, just a 5 minute walk. The sunsets are spectacular from either of the two lanais. Full kitchen, dining, laundry, etc. You won't need anything else. Both suites are upstairs with their own bathrooms. There is also a bathroom on the main level. My wife and I had our 3 children ages 14, 12, and 11 and we all had the time of our lives. Boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach toys are all included. Shopping and eating establishments are all a short walk away as well. I won't ever stay at a hotel again. We arrived at the airport, grabbed the rental car, stopped at Costco for groceries, drove to the condo, unpacked, and hit the beach. We cooked breakfast and dinner at the condo, but ate out for lunch. That'll save you a bunch of cash. Cam, the owner of this unit is the best, and he follows through on answering any questions or concerns immediately. Super service, super location. You'll be happy you stayed at this exact unit. It'll be a dream vacation! I can't see anything being better than this."
