  • Nice condo

"This condo was very spacious. The location was perfect. We could hear the waves crashing into the wall. The sunset was amazing. Everything was in like new condition. Washer/dryer/coffee pot/dishes/glasses/etc. The only issue was the air conditioning. It's only in the master bedroom (window unit in the closet). We kept the bedroom door closed so sleeping and showers were pleasant. This was only a problem since we traveled in late July/early August. We managed just fine though. The pool was really nice. The beach was close. Restaurants were plenty. So much to do on this island. My husband and I enjoyed the time we were there. I would rent this condo again if we ever return to this island."

  • Great find at a great price!

"My husband and I stayed here for 10 days on our honeymoon and were very pleased with our experience! The condo was true to the pictures. The grounds of Kiahuna Plantation were incredibly well-maintained. We enjoyed the short walk from our condo to the beach because we got to walk through the beautiful gardens! We ate breakfast on the lanai almost every morning and loved the view from the lanai at sunrise and sunset. Our only complaint (and this may be common among lots of condos on Kauai) was that the doors and windows don't have glass seals. They only have screens and louvered interior shutters, so noise from the outside can be heard very clearly inside. It wasn't a huge issue because the other guests in our building were not overly loud or disruptive, but it was something we were not expecting. Other than that, we loved our stay! The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking tools, and the condo and grounds are in excellent condition. The Sheraton and the Marriott are both shorts walks from the condo, so you get the amenities of the resorts without paying the resort prices while getting the space and privacy of a condo. We thought it was a great place for a great price, especially compared to other rentals in the same area. The South Shore has tons of restaurants, sunshine in the winter, and great beaches. We thought it was the best part of the island to stay on! Be sure to check out Little Fish Coffee across the street for a great coffee/breakfast!"

  • Kuhio Shores 212

"My husband and I just spent 10 wonderful days at Kuhio Shores #212 and we couldn't be happier! The condo is amazing and the pics capture the condo perfectly. We loved being on the second floor with a panoramic view of the pacific ocean in front of us. Every morning we had our coffee and breakfast on the lanai and enjoyed seeing whales breach and an occasional sea turtle pop up. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything needed to make meals, including spices and the condo has 2 nice BBQs for renters to enjoy. I did buy paper plates and napkins to make life a little easier. We spent many days snorkeling at the crescent beach right next door to the condo and we appreciated the beach chairs, towels, rattan mats and even sunscreen that were there for us to use. The condo does not have AC, but does have ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room plus 2 additional fans to use if needed. Betty was quick to respond to all inquiries and left detailed contact numbers if we needed assistance, which we never did. We enjoyed our stay in #212 so much that we've already booked our next trip in 2018! Aloha!"

  • Nice place for a couple to stay

"We enjoyed the location - close to good restaurants, golf courses - and beaches. The unit was well maintained and clean. Kitchen was very well stocked. The view was fantastic - though you do have a bit of noise from passing cars."
